1. Experience 3.5 Miles of Pristine Beaches

Seabrook Island is home to 3.5 miles of interrupted paradise with white sandy beachfront, sunny blue skies, and sparkling waves of the Atlantic Ocean. This oceanfront community with resort access offers a secluded paradise away from crowds and submerged in the island lifestyle.

Seabrook Island offers numerous beach access points with private beach access from homes, community boardwalks, and exclusive access to the Seabrook Island Club.

Villas and cottages across Seabrook offer easy and convenient access to the beach just a short walk or bike ride away from the nearest boardwalk. Most of our properties also include complimentary amenity cards to the Seabrook Island Club which provides access to the beach, oceanfront pools, fitness center, on-island dining, and more!

Some private homes on the island offer convenient private paths directly to the beach, just steps from home.

2. Book a Tee Time on Audubon-Certified Courses

Looking to hit the links on your first trip to Seabrook Island? You’re in luck! Seabrook Island Club features two championship golf courses, the Ocean Winds Golf Course and Crooked Oaks Golf Course. These courses are only open to members and Seabrook Island guests with a club amenity card – but when you stay with Seabrook Exlcusives, most of our properties include a complimentary amenity card!

Offering a premier level of privacy, picturesque surroundings, and year-round PGA professional golf without the crowds, the Ocean Winds Golf Course is Seabrook Island’s first golf course, designed by William Byrd and newly renovated by world-renowned golf architect Rees Jones and co-designer Bryce Swanson. The Crooked Oaks Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., exudes timeless southern elegance to challenge your golf skills through the Lowcountry landscapes of century-old live oaks, saltwater marshes, and lush maritime forests.

Both of these courses feature kids’ courses and family tees so the whole family can join in on the fun and play the Seabrook Island golf courses too!

3. Cycle Through Miles of Leisure Pathways

One of the best ways to explore the island is on a bike! Seabrook Island encompasses quiet roads and side streets with flat, paved surfaces perfect for a family-friendly day biking through the island.

Just hop on your bike, pack your beach bag, and head out for an adventure! Bikers have the right of way on Seabrook island and the strictly-enforced speed limit is 25 MPH, to ensure the safety of bikers. For a full list of streets to bike and routes to take, visit our full guide to biking around Seabrook Island.

Biking on Seabrook Island extends past the gates and through Freshfields Village! Just minutes from the entry gate, Freshfields Village features luxury open-air shopping, amazing restaurants, fabulous markets, family-friendly festivals, and more. You can even follow the pathways through Bohicket Marina with boat rentals, charters, eateries, and more.

Local’s Tip: Rent bikes, chariots, trailers, helmets, and more from Surfscooter Bike Rentals for 5% Off when you stay with Seabrook Exclusives!

4. Go on an Exhilarating Family Adventure

Seabrook Island welcomes adventurers of all kinds with charters and fishing, golf and tennis facilities, outdoor activities, water activities, and more! Enjoy a one-of-a-kind adventure on your first trip to the island for a memorable and unforgettable vacation.

On Seabrook, water activities are endless with boat tours, fishing charters, surf lessons, dolphin watching, pirate adventures, group paddle tours, kayak tours, and more throughout Bohicket Marina, Captain Sam’s Creek, and the Atlantic Ocean.

Looking to discover the great outdoors but on land instead of water? Seabrook has something for everyone! Check out local bike rentals, golf courses, the tennis center or racquet club, The Equestrian Center, shopping centers, kids’ camps, Seabrook Island Club, The Lake House, and more.
