This villa is designed to maximize the tranquil Lowcountry views with your living area on the upper level and bedrooms below. The inviting living area is open with a Smart TV including cable, and access to a screened in porch to spread out and soak up the Island’s views. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a separate dining area for eating in. In the hallway near the kitchen is a half bath.
Two spacious en-suite bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary suite features a King bed with a new high quality mattress, Smart TV with cable, and a furnished covered deck with marsh views! The private, full bathroom has been newly updated in 2023, including a large dual vanity and a walk-in glass shower. The guest suite features a Queen and Twin bed with access to a private, full bathroom featuring a modern vanity and a walk-in glass shower. There is a washer/dryer in the rental for guest convenience.
Creekwatch Villas are a favorite with visitors to Seabrook Island, but wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.
