197 High Hammock Villa

We enjoyed this rental for our family of four. The upstairs main bedroom was warm and we couldn't get the fan to turn the right direction to blow air down. The kitchen had all that we needed though the fridge was very small and we regretted bringing a week's worth of groceries and had to buy ice and use our cooler as well. Just know, the fridge is tiny and there is no ice maker. However, the kitchen had what we needed to cook meals and had some storage space too. The extra bedroom is open to downstairs, ok for us with little kids but may not be ideal for two couples or for kids that are light sleepers. We have stayed in this area before and enjoy the convenience of the area.

Condo was so cute . It was clean and looked newly refurbished and the kitchen was well stocked . The downstairs was very well laid out . The 2 bedrooms were small but they would be perfect for a couple or a family with small children . The only negative was that the bed in the master was only a queen and it was very soft . We would definitely stay here again .

Our 4th stay at Seabrook and our favorite. The area is so quiet. This unit is clean and nicely decorated. The refrigerator doesn’t have an ice maker so keep this in mind. We loved staying here. You don’t get a beach view but it’s a very short drive or nice walk. We’d love to stay again on our next trip.

My family loved the villa and the location on Seabrook Island. The villa was very clean and beautifully decorated; the kitchen had everything we needed as well as extra supplies; and Betsey was great to work with and very responsive. Even though we had an AC issue it was resolved ASAP. We will definitely plan to use Seabrook Exclusives again.

This was our first time staying in this particular villa. Location was good- just a short drive to the beach. The villa was spotless and well equipped with household items from coffee maker to blender. Decorating touches were crisp and updated. Bedrooms were small but comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to the area for vacations for the last five years but this was our first trip to Seabrook Island. Lovely rental in High Hammock condo’s. Super clean- beautifully decorated- everything you need. Access to a great fitness center ( for a per day fee)., plenty of deer to see every day, very quiet.

We had a wonderful visit for a week. The condo is well lit, and has stylish features. Kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. Beds slept comfortably.

We loved our stay at SI! This villa is by far the nicest that I have ever stayed in on the island. The second loft bedroom was great, but not conducive to a toddler as we had to watch our noise level during nap and bed time. It gives total privacy aside from noise though. We enjoyed our time at the pool and beach and had some great meals at Bohicket Marina. Kat and Betsy with Seabrook Exclusives were fabulous and prompt as we planned a last minute trip to the island. I definitely recommend this property and we will be back once our kids are a little older and can sleep in a loft bedroom!

This villa was up to date and very nice on the inside. The location was great and very quiet. My grandparents visited Seabrook for the first time this year and stayed with me and my husband. They absolutely loved it and are thinking about coming back on the own. This is the nicest place I have stayed in since I have been visiting Seabrook.
