we had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and well decorated. Quiet and conveniently located on the Haulover. A short bike ride to the beach. Will definitely stay there again.

this is a cozy cottage located in the middle of the island. It was very clean and is well supplied with all amenities one could wish. We especially like the view of the lagoon and golf course. One of our favorite places to stay when visiting Seabrook.

814 Treeloft Villa provided a delightful getaway with lovely marsh view. Great for birding and observing those strange creatures.... golfers! Easy location central to all and quick bike ride to beach. Quiet street off the beaten path. Comfy beds and 2 cozy porches for sunrise or evening wine.

It was a wonderful place! Extremely clean! Everything was as described! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the gadgets! The management were beyond helpful. Very close to the ocean. Nice quiet street. I would stay here again. My only suggestion would be an umbrella for the deck that access is the kitchen. I like to go out there in the mornings but it was too hot. An umbrella would be perfect. I give them a 5

814 Treeloft Villa was a great stay. The home is very spacious and well equipped. The beach is not a far walk or bike ride, however, the club pool and main island recreational area is a bit further away. We rented bikes and had no issues traveling the island from the location.

This past July was our fourth time at 814 Treeloft which in & of itself is telling. It has proven to be an excellent place to socialize, rest, & eat when not on the beach, boat, course, horse, or at the pool. Neat layout, the loft in particular will play well with kids. Always clean. Only a 35-40 minute drive from Charleston, it also offers reasonably good access to some of our favorite local eateries (should you be in need of recommendations: Magnolia's, Slightly North of Broad, & Fat Hen) & attractions. We felt strongly enough about the property to recommend it to friends & they enjoyed their stay last year.

We stayed at this location over a weekend for a junior golf tournament at Ocean Winds. The home was perfect, very roomy and clean, the location was great and the views were awesome.

This is our second time at 814 Treeloft and everything was perfect. The space provides ample room for a small family vacationing on Seabrook. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals. The loft's location is ideal to enjoy nature. It is absolutely lovely!

Excellent place. Have stayed on Seabrook at various times since 1990 and always enjoy it but this is one of the best places we have rented and the rental staff always make our vacation worry free.

My husband and I were very impressed with this Villa. It was extremely clean, and all around attractively furnished. We loved the hardwood floors verses carpet and the bathrooms and kitchen were all done in granite and appeared to have been recently revonated. It was great having two decks to sit outside and bird watch while reading. We are ready to go back. I highly recommend this place.

Spending our vacation at 814 Treeloft Villa was fabulous. I was concerned about the distance from the Beach Club and the access to the beach. It was a easy 1.5 mile to the club and an easy drive to the beach. We enjoyed using Walk 2 to the beach. The space was perfect for our family of three and the kitchen was well equipped for simple meals.

Quiet escape to focus on our relationship with Christ. Perfect home for our purposes! Nicely furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful sunrise each morning and great views of the marsh and golf course. Frequently saw cranes and other large birds in the marsh. Enjoyed biking and hiking and quiet times of reflection and devotions.

This unit is close enough to easily bike ride or walk to both Pelican and North Beaches.(less than a mile). It looks out at a bird filled lagoon and is nicely furnished and newly painted. My husband and I have rented similar units at Seabrook over the last 9 years and this as by far the best in physical appearance. As usual the staff at Seabrook Exclusives was exceptionally helpful and responsive.
