Beautiful Stay
Our stay in 2904 Atrium was perfect! The unit was beautifully decorated and provided all the necessities to feel like you were at home. The bedrooms/bath were nice size and the beds slept wonderfully, especially the bed in the primary suite. The only drawback was the seating in the main living area/dining...not sure it would comfortably accommodate 4 adults...seemed a little cramped. However, the outdoor space completely makes up for that with ample space and seating! The location was great - beautiful view of the golf course and a very short walk to the beach and other amenities (pool, etc). Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeously Redone Condo
Was really impressed with how well the place was put together! All the right touches to give it a modern, yet beachy aesthetic. Views were delightful, and the location was second to none!

July 3 through July 10, 2021
2904 atrium villa was amazing. Every aspect inside was detailed. Outside, the balcony, posed amazing views of the golf course and wildlife. During our stay we experienced 4 July fireworks off of the back deck. The Villa is a short walk to the pool/directly across the street. The pool, along with the amenity card provided by Pam Harrington, allowed us to access food and drinks for ourselves and the children. The entire experience was amazing.

Mostly Pros!
House has a terrific view of the golf course and is very well appointed. Only one drawback we noted. When it rains, and the exterior table can’t be used, the space really isn’t big enough for 4-6 people to watch TV or to dine. So while the sleeping areas easily accommodate that many, the indoor living area is a bit small. But would highly recommend for 2-3 people!!

Atrium condo
This condo was comfortable , clean and very updated. The bedrooms are very large , living space is small but it works for a vacation. Outdoor deck is very spacious and a good option for dining. It is a more landscaped part of the island so that comes with early morning landscape noise. The location is perfect with beach and beach club right across the street. The management was very helpful.

Great Rental, but the Amenities Office Needs to Improve
Unfortunately, the amenities office was a difficult experience. They should have a way for late Saturday arrivals to be able to have an amenities card or something on their iPhone to use as an amenities card for Sunday. We met another couple who said that they had the same situation and they were frustrated, too. The ameneties hours were not posted on their door either. It was very frustrating and disappointing to be in this predicament on our first day of vacation.

Good unit
Nicely remodeled unit. No dining table, so you must eat at the island counter. Pleasant views of palms & ponds on golf course from large patio. The overall complex is dated and could use a refresh.

Wonderful Stay
This property has been recently remodeled with the finest furnishings. The design is top notch. The new beds are extremely comfortable. I’m looking to get one of this brand for myself. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The view is of the golf course and we loved the privacy and beauty of it. The location is wonderfully close to the beach and pool. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and that is why it was our second trip in 4 months. Having said all of that, one should know, there is no grilling on the balcony or in the building complex. The living space and kitchen are tight. There is seating for 4 at the island, but the only sit down dining table is outside on the balcony. This worked just fine for us as the weather was always nice. Additionally, there is no hot tub in the pool complex. If you’re ok with these things then its the perfect place for you.

Favorite Family Get Away
We have been to Seabrook on many occasions and it is our favorite places to visit. Many family memories. Seabrook Island is the first time my grandson saw the ocean. He calls the ocean "the big water" our Villa was beautiful and comfy. We will always return to Seabrook for our family getaways.

Amazing Renovation!
We've stayed in many Atrium Villas and this is definitely the nicest one we've seen! Everything is top notch, from the appliances to the comfortable beds. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need during your stay and the fridge has plenty of room. Each room includes a Roku TV with cable, so there are plenty of things to watch on a rainy day! All appliances, including the Washer and Dryer, were brand new and worked great. The showers in the bathrooms were also wonderful. Tons of space outside with a great view of the golf course. Definitely a 5 star villa and the group at Seabrook Exclusives is fantastic to work with as always! Kat was super responsive and everything was communicated to us perfectly before we needed it. We couldn't have been happier!

Another great Seabrook vacation!
The Atrium location was perfect for us, being right across from the Beach Club and those amenities. This was our first time in this unit. It was immaculately clean and had a great view of the golf course. The furniture and beds were great quality and comfortable. Some of the fixtures were a little dated, but it didn't take away from the comfort or experience.

An excellent get away
We had stayed at Pelican Watch Villa's two years in a row, about seven years ago. They are right on the Edisto River and very close to Atrium Villa's. I loved the views and being able to sit out on the patio and watch the dolphins, boats, dogs and people walking the beach from the Pelican Watch decks. The Atrium Villa did not provide these views. Our view was the golf course, we could not see the Edisto River or the Atlantic. The view from this villa had it's own beauty, the palm trees and the golf course ponds attracted many blue herring and other birds. There were no alligator sightings during January, they are hibernating. The interior of the villa suited our needs. It was very clean and had adequate kitchen supplies. As a single women, when coming home late, I did not like parking in the garage under the building. But, for my elderly parents, the elevator was a must. Most other properties have numerous stairs.
Seabrook as a location is beautiful. You see deer every dusk. They are roaming either close to the streets or crossing the roads. The island itself offers safe walking and cycling. My favorite walk is the beach, you have to time your walks to the tides. There has been a tremendous amount of beach erosion since my last visit. This is another plus for the Pelican Watch Villas, the beach was available for walking even at high tide.
It takes about 40 minutes to drive to Charleston. We went in a few times. My mother loves the oysters at Hymens and I love Poogans Porch on Queen street. We did the bus tour because of the cold temperatures while me were there. The Charleston Museum was well worth a visit. The Plantations are not worth visiting during this time of the year.
I had two massages at the Lake House, the massage therapist was wonderful. I highly recommend Wendy. Everyone was very pleasant, we definitely felt the southern hospitality from all on Seabrook, those in the surrounding area and Charleston!

Labor Day
We had a wonderful stay in Seabrook . It was our first time there and would return many more times. The location of the unit was perfect. The unit was clean and in good shape but seemed very dated after seeing the units of the other 2 families we traveled with. The rental agency was very helpful. We even met our cleaning lady who was incredibly nice and helpful. We are looking forward to another visit.

Perfect location - Seabrook Island is the best!
Seabrook Island was so wonderful.

My family of five stayed at the Atrium and it was plenty of room. (husband, wife, grandma and two boys)

The golf course is really pretty to watch from the back patio, we also saw the gators swim in the pond. My kids thought that was so neat.
We saw tons of deer everywhere, turtle eggs on the beach, shells, sand dollars, Pelicans, dolphins, you name it!

We rode bikes around the island. We walked up and down the beaches. Our kids played in the arcade while we relaxed on the patio taking in the view. It was such a relaxing environment.

Freshfield's market was so close and really nice for grocery shopping and boutique shopping. They have a couple places to eat that are good too. But in the summer they are very busy.

It was a very pretty scenic drive to Charleston to see all the historic sites as well. I think it was about a 50 minute drive with traffic. Charleston is such a great town to go and explore and well worth the drive.

I did see others mention the golf course mowing and blowers at an early time each morning... that is true.. but our kids get up that early anyway - so it was no big deal to us.

I think Seabrook Island and Beach are one of the greatest I have ever been to in the US.

We will be back! Great for families, romance, or even a girls trip.

Seabrook Island in October- a great escape from Autumn
We thoroughly enjoyed our time. There should be a better description of what the amenity card provides access to. It wasn't exactly pool weather and it wasn't until the last day that Kiawah Island personnel explained that we could use the amenity card to access the amenities there also.
Thanks

Beautiful, Relaxing, Clean, will definitely be back!
We absolutely loved coming to SI. Our stay in the Villa was perfect for us, as far as location and needs for my family. My husband is in a manual wheelchair and it worked out great for us, even though we didn't have a roll in shower (was ok) and we popped him up through the threshold of the entrance and onto the porch (was ok). The location of the Villa was very accessible for him. However, there was only one Wheelchair accessible beach entrance that we had to drive to on the island. And the beach by the pool was not what we expected from the pictures online. We didn't know you couldn't get down to the water from the pool beachside, which it seemed like it was straight sidewalk to sand to water. Very disappointing. One reason we choose this place for accessibility. The pool was great! But we would have loved to have enjoyed the beach more with my twins and as a family. Reservations and check in was great and very professional. Checkout however was very hard to understand. We were told 3 different things on what to do with keys and amenity cards. One was told to go to an office off the island (which we did) come to find out we had to go back to the island to amenity office to check out. Then we were told during our stay that the amenity cards were only be held under one credit card, and that we could settle up at check out. Not the case. All spendings went on to our card, so now my parents and sister owe my husband money, when they wanted their spendings to go onto their credit cards. Not clear at all on how the amenity cards worked or how to check out. It can really upset you when you want to get on the road faster. Another upset was how check out was too early and check in was too late. Looking back on it, we lost 2 full days of beach/pool that we paid for due to these checkin/out times. Other than those things, it was a great week and the relaxing atmosphere was amazing.

Stay in seabrooke
While we thought the accomodations were very nice, clean etc We found seabrooke itslef to be a bit to quiet for our liking. We brought to young teenagers and there is not a great deal for them to do in Seabrooke as most activities required a trip to Charleston 40 minutes away . We also did not care for the beach as you could not swim in the water here due to the currents present. The area is very pretty but more suitable for retired people.

Really enjoyed our stay...
We've visited Seabrook 7 or 8 times in the past 10 years, and have rented condos in several of the different developments. When it's just the 4 of us (Parents + 2 kids) we like the convience of the Atriums to the pool and beach area. It's nice being close enough to walk, and the covered parking for the car keeps it from baking in the sun all week. We've rented an Atrium unit before, but this was our first time booking through Pam H.

The unit was clean, in great shape, and well-stocked with towels, utensils, and cleaning supplies (broom, vac, etc.). The cable tv with on-demand was a welcome feature, and we had no problems at all with the wi-fi hookup. This unit has nice views of the 9th and 18th greens of the Ocean Winds course from the deck, which is accessible from every room in the condo. It's a short walk (100 yards?) to the golf clubhouse from this unit, so making an early tee-time was no problem at all.

The folks at Pam H. Exclusives were a pleasure to deal with. Everything went as expected, with no surprises (i.e. key arrived by mail well in advance, another key and info packet was waiting for us at the condo, condo was clean and ready for our check-in at 4:00, the guard at the entrance was expecting us, etc.).

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay (as we've come to expect). I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again, and to rent through Pam H. Excl. again.

Noise complaint
Is there a noise ordinance in Seabrook? If not, there should be as the golf course workers start at the unholy hour of 6 a.m. Nothing like waking up to the gentle purr of an 8 cylinder riding mower outside your window.

Found Paradise in Seabrook
We have been vacationing in South Carolina for the last 20 years. Our recent vacation on Seabrook Island ranks amongst the best! Everything thing was perfect from the reservation process to the departure. The unit was spotless and well appointed. The resort was beautiful and very relaxing. We will be back in the fall.

A Delightful Villa in a Great Location
This Atrium Villa has wonderful golf course views and great privacy on the deck. The Villa is nicely appointed, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable. The only suggestion we have for the property management company is to provide specific directions to find the villa in the building and instructions on parking.

Great Woman's Retreat
We had a wonderful time. Kat was easy to deal with and was so flexible. We rented the unit at the last minute and nothing was a problem with her... when we went to the Real Estate Office to sign the final papers I felt like I was meeting an old friend who was genuinely concerned about us having a good time. The unit was immaculate and felt good. We all loved the fact that there were 4 queen beds in two bedrooms. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach itself was beautiful. My only regret is that I live so far away. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic villa, great location!
The villa was very nice (comfortable beds, clean bathroom and kitchen, great views of the golf course and in the morning, lots of alligators), and was in a fantastic location (steps away from the beach club and the island house). The management company
was very easy to work with, even allowing us to extend our vacation a day due to delayed flights (thanks to Hurricane Irene for allowing us to enjoy our vacation a little longer!) at a reasonable rate. Would not hesitate to rent again on our next visit.

Outstanding vacation & Location
Our recent vacation in Seabrook Island, S.C. was truly outstanding. The location of the Atrium Villas made our stay so much more enjoyable with its excellent proximity to the beach and beautiful pool club. The villa was just the right size for our family
to enjoy. We would recommend staying there to anyone looking for the perfect vacation spot.

A slice of Paradise
This condo was very comfortable and clean. The deck was quite large and inviting. Morning tea while viewing the golf course and water foul was quite relaxing. This was a very good stay and would recommend to others.
