1st time visit. Enjoyed the slow pace, peace & quiet, location & great views to include several dolphins & deer/bucks. Very nice condo with comfy bed & all the needed necessities. Dog friendly was an added plus & why we chose Seabrook & this condo. Definitely plan on coming back.

We stayed at 1344 Pelican Watch. The condo was clean and well equipped with great views. The island was beautiful and well maintained. Fresh Fields was very convenient with great shopping. We'll be back!

1344 pelican watch Is it very very Equipped immaculately clean place to stay. kitchen has everything anyone would need for a week stay. Very quiet and beautiful views of sunsets from the deck. That was very comfortable and the television provides many streaming experiences. Two suggestions to improve the property. One is to electrify the morning very hard to crank open and closed as the owner requested you do daily because of the wind. The other and very important improvement would be a new sofa bed. The one there now is very old and soft not very comfortable. This is a great property to stay at and would be perfect with these two small improvements

Really enjoyed this clean property and views. Kitchen well equipped and 2 bathrooms were nice.
Rental office very helpful answering a couple questions. Loved Seabrook Island beaches and wildlife abounds. Only 1 suggestion would be if it had 2 beach chairs instead of stadium type chairs and beach towels other than dog towels- If you are driving there, bring those. We flew so did not. I would absolutely stay here again.

2nd year at 1344 PW, 8 weeks last year, 4 this year. No issues other than paying an extra $70/day during the last week. Owner converted from a monthly fee to a weekly fee. The villa was very enjoyable, seemed to be more roomy especially in the kitchen area. It was clean on arrival and we had no need to contact your staff. We plan to seek a lower unit next year.

We had a great condo in the Pelican Watch area on the island.
The condo was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well equipped.
The sunsets were awesome. It was a short walk to the beach, we watched dolphins swimming by daily, shrimp boats passing and we had resident deer that greeted us on most days. Excellent area for a relaxing vacation.

We loved the unit, nice decor and many updates. The awning on the balcony was nice to have available. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were nice and updated.

Prior to booking our stay we read other reviews and looked at other units online. We picked this unit as a result. We were not disappointed. Our expectations were met and exceeded based on the research. The owner and property management team thought of every convenience in preparing the rental.

Great view, very clean, well stocked with special added touches. Plenty of towels, even for your furry friend, cleaning supplies and a stick vacuum! Love when a rental makes it easy to take care of the place :) Furnishings were nice and the position of this unit is perfect. Jets out just enough to see both towards the left and to the right for the spectacular sunsets. Dolphins were on point this year! The awning was so appreciated for the late afternoon sun. Last, it was nice being near the middle boardwalk. We've stayed in many rentals here at Pelican, but this location is one of the best for view, parking, trash access, bike rack, views, boardwalk.... perfect.

Views were great. Enjoyed seeing deers on dunes behind villa. Floors & TVs were good but sofa needs to be replaced. Disappointed & expected better living room furniture.

We were very pleased with the Pelican Watch Villa 1344. Great second story views and so close to the beach. This villa was clean and nicely updated decor. My wife and I also appreciate pet friendly villas.

This was our 2nd week long stay in this unit. The location and amenities offer everything needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable vacation getaway. The awning is a huge bonus for enjoying the balcony on late summer afternoons.

We have stayed in numerous units at Pelican Watch over the years. It is one of the best locations on the island to enjoy the beach and especially the sunsets. This is definitely one of the nicest one-bedroom villas. The decor and furnishings are all very complementary and do not overcrowd the space. The kitchen has been expanded and is equipped with everything needed. The addition of the desk and monitor is also a bonus when working remotely.
