Overall, the vacation was wonderful! The unit was in good condition with a few flaws. It was clean overall but you can see no one ever cleans the dirt/dust on the cabinet doors (ex:bathrooms). The toiler paper holder are located too far to reach (master). The master bedroom bedspread had stains on the top of it and the sofa had some too. The unit needs to be spruced up!

We love this villa! This our favorite villa by far! Great location, beautiful view, and cleanly decorated! The beds are super comfortable and the master shower is awesome! If rental prices return to where they were a couple of years ago and the beach club loosens up in their ridiculous rules, this villa will be our first choice if we return to Seabrook Island.

This Atrium villa has a spectacular location in proximity to the beautiful golf courses on Seabrook Island! We loved watching wildlife right from our spacious balconies which were very private being a corner villa:) and with afternoon storms approaching gave us beautiful views throughout the villa with the openness feeling with all the windows and sliding glass doors in every room facing the golf course:) we throughly enjoyed our stay and will consider renting this villa in the future as it is Fido friendly and our Cavalier loves the beach! We adore Seabrook island ! From the sun rises and sunsets that are phenomenal in all seasons to the residential feeling with kindness and smiles upon your every turn :) Sunshine and southern hospitality is a great combination for island living! Overall we had a very positive experience at 2920 Atrium Villa. The location is absolutely perfect - nothing like walking right across the street to the beach and the club! We were a little disappointed in the quality of the linens and towels, but other than that the place was very comfortable, well equipped, and absolutely spotless. We also loved the view from the balcony. This is probably one of the most private of all the Atrium Villas due to it's location. Very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely return.

We could not have asked for more. The apartment was beautifully appointed and spotless. Location was excellent, right across the beach club, within walking distance to both beaches.

This was our 4th trip to Seabrook Island, third time renting at the Atrium villas.You can't beat the location & the unit was beautifully appointed.The rental agency, Seabrook Exclusives is outstanding to deal with. Very professional and lets you know they appreciate your business.Highly recommend them.

Our stay at Seabrook Island was outstanding! the Atrium Villa we stayed in was wonderful with great views for us to take in while relaxing on the balcony. The beach club only being a short walk away was also wonderful. This was one of our greatest vacations we have ever experienced! We plan to return in the future over and over again!

We had the best vacation with our little dog. The location of 2920 is great. You have your own staircase that takes you to a paved path the takes you directly to the beach. You can see the beach from the edge of the deck. You can hear it too. You can park right at those stairs as well. Very clean and comfortable. The most comfortable king bed! Oh we slept so well. The sofa is sueded microfiber And very comfortable. You would never know this was a dog friendly Villa. It is so clean so as it was perfect for us I would not hesitate to rent it if I did not take my dog. They have 2 beach chairs and a umbrella so you don’t need to pack that. We had a wonderful relaxing week and we plan to come back.

We had a wonderful vacation. The atrium was in an ideal location right across from the beach, pool, and an amazing restaurant. It was a beautiful condo and we would definitely stay there again!

2920 Atrium has almost everything: you can not see the ocean from your patio but there is a view of the golf course. Directly across the street is the pool, a resturant, and the beach. There is a fitness center but there is a daily fee and the restuarant does not accept cash or credit cards. You must use your pool pass card and the charges are charged to your credit card. Our stay there was very relaxing. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and biking around the island.
