The dining area and fully updated kitchen provide everything needed for preparing meals at home, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and bar seating for casual dining.

The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and convenient access to the full hall bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional flexibility for families or small groups.

High Hammock Villas are located near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island, you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests, and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddleboarding the waterways, and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access is required to enter the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to Boardwalk 9 beach access.

Pet Policy: TWO (2) small dogs with a maximum weight of 35 lbs. each is permitted. An additional pet fee of 250.00 applies per week.
