This Summerwind cottage includes a large sectional sofa in the living area, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors to the screened porch. The screened porch features abundant natural lighting with golf course and lagoon views, comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, a classic Lowcountry porch swing, and a convenient flatscreen TV. The spacious eat-in kitchen is very well equipped, offers a breakfast nook to seat 3, as well as a laundry closet with a new stacked washer and dryer. Just off the kitchen is the dining area which can comfortably hold 6-8 people. Enjoy golf course views from the screened porch, cook outs with the gas grill on the exposed deck, very spacious living areas, and the convenient location to the beach from this Summerwind cottage!

This Seabrook Island cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests throughout the 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a brand-new Restonic king bed with a cooling feature, has access to the screened porch through sliding glass doors, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, has direct access to the deck, and the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Summerwind Cottages are located near the Seabrook Island Club, Crooked Oaks, and Ocean Winds Golf Course, a short bike ride or walk to the beach or Club pools. Seabrook Island offers access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: 10-minute walk or bike ride to Boardwalk #9.

Pet Policy: One dog is permitted, 45lb. maximum weight limit.

Parking: Covered Parking. Maximum number of vehicles is 3.
