2929 Atrium is a bright, beachy villa made for easy island living, and the screened porch steals the show. Wicker armchairs with ottomans, a cushioned sofa, a chaise lounge, and a tile-top dining table that seats six share the porch with two ceiling fans and a brass telescope for taking in the ocean across the street, beyond the palms and green lawns. The living room, king bedroom, and twin bedroom all open to the porch through sliding glass doors, so the breeze and the view are never far away.

Inside, the open living area is furnished with a leather sofa, a recliner, and an oversized ottoman facing the TV, under a ceiling fan and beach-umbrella artwork. A rope-wrapped chandelier hangs over the dining table, and the updated kitchen has white cabinetry, granite counters and backsplash with under-cabinet lighting, a French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, a coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with rattan stools. The king bedroom has a TV, a ceiling fan, and windows full of palm trees, the queen bedroom has a wrought-iron headboard and a TV, and the twin bedroom has a TV and its own door to the porch.
