3200 Pine Needle Lane

For starters, we chose this unit because it was off the beaten path. We wanted something that was in the middle of the island so that we could explore more. The streets surrounding this place were lined with trees, creating a shady environment everywhere you look. We rented bikes and leisurely rolled around the entire island day in and day out. We felt at home the moment we entered the property. It was open and clean. The furniture was thoughtfully laid out and welcoming. Huge beautiful Samsung TV's in every room. Main living room also had a fantastic Sonos sound system that was fully integrated with the TV so it was super easy to use with a single, simple remote. Perfect for opening weekend of college football. While I would strongly suggest brining your own spices/oils/coffee/tea/s&p, etc. the kitchen has every utensil, cutting board, pot/pan, and appliance (large and small) that you could need. The grill on the back deck is relatively new and very easy to use as it's hooked up to a natural gas line. Temperature was easy to control throughout the downstairs. Fans in every room really helped circulate the cool air to keep everything super comfortable. No middle of the night sweats. The upstairs bedrooms each had a split unit that was easily controlled by remote control, along with ceiling fans to keep a cool circulation of air. The water pressure throughout the house was excellent for every shower and sink with plenty of hot water for our group of 6. Outside, the landscaping was meticulously cared for, big/long driveway with room for 4+ vehicles and the golf cart that you'll want to rent from a local outfit. The amenity program was great. It's managed by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA) which is a separate entity from Seabrook Exclusives however, there is continuity across the management groups so that the guest has a seamless experience. Overall, we loved this place and can't wait to go back.

Full disclosure: I thought about writing a mediocre review just to keep this place our little secret and protect my future booking odds, but that felt morally wrong, so here we are — we loved it, we're already stalking the calendar for our next trip just don't book it before we do.
The place was recently renovated and it shows — furniture, appliances, everything still has that "new place smell" energy. The bed is dangerously comfortable and blackout curtains may cause you to miss your morning plans. Water pressure and A/C are both excellent. No weak trickle shower, no sweating it out at 2am.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook — bring your own spices and oils, but the utensils and appliances have you covered. The grill on the deck is clean, easy to use.
Rent bikes and a golf cart, you won't regret it.
