Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by an open living area with surrounding windows, ocean views, coastal inspired décor, vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofa seating, and a large flatscreen TV. A convenient desk is available beneath the stairs for remote work.
The adjoined dining area offers seating for six, as well as access to a private deck through sliding glass doors with an outdoor dining space for four and a gas grill. The full, spacious kitchen offers high-end appliances including an electric stove, plenty of counter space, a kitchen bar with seating for two, and everything you need to make a meal right from home. Sliding glass doors provide an abundance of light as well as access to the spacious screen room.
With three bedrooms, three decks, the screen room, eat-in kitchen and large living area, there are discreet spaces and plenty of room for everyone. On the main level, you’ll find the first bedroom equipped with a King size bed, wall-mounted flatscreen TV for your entertainment, access to the screened porch, as well as a full bathroom in the hall with a shower/tub combination. On the upper level, you’ll find two additional bedrooms both with Queen size beds, private balconies in each, and shared access to a full bathroom. The front bedroom has gorgeous ocean views and a comfortable outdoor seating area.
With a short walk to Boardwalks 7, 8, and 9, you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches. Plenty of space underneath to store your bikes and gear, as well as an outdoor shower. You are also allowed to park a rented LSV/golf cart at the house for fun and easy trips to Bohicket Marine or Freshfields Village shopping!
