We loved everything about our stay! It truly felt like home as everything was provided, right down to the coffee filters. We loved the location, as we biked to the beach and pool daily. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect for a family of 5. Extremely comfortable beds, clean and all the extras you need, toys for kids, kitchen essentials and supplies for cleaning. Weather wasn’t the best for a couple days but used that time for golf and sightseeing. Beach and pool were great once weather improved.

Unit was well equipped, lots of little extras,,we were totally happy with our stay. Beds were comfortable, great sheets and towels. Only glitch was we didn’t get a code for door ahead of time, got in at 12:30 and had to bother some lovely man in office-could have been something I overlooked.

This property was so clean and cozy. The beds were extra comfy. Short walk to the beautiful beach, and the beach wagon and chairs were so great to have! My girls (ages 6 and 7) enjoyed staying in the upper loft with the 2 twin beds , and playing with the toys and games up there. We enjoyed all of the wildlife on the island- the gators in the pond by the house were a little scary at first but we ended up enjoying them as well. The house was very well stocked. I had brought toilet paper and hand soap etc. from home but didn’t have to use any of it! Just across the street from the pool was handy since my girls love to swim. Would definitely love to return to this property. Highly recommend!!

The house was super clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies, bathroom towels, and beach equipment! It’s across the street from a community pool and a half mile drive to the larger pool. The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes. It’s an awesome location and the perfect getaway for our family of 5!

This is a great villa located in walking distance to the beach. This house had everything you could need, including coolers, chairs, and an umbrella for the beach. They kitchen didn't lack anything; we were able to cook with ease. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a very good location on a golf course and is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The rental is very clean and well equipped (kitchen items, beach gear, extra towels). There were beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and a garden cart for taking everything to the beach. The kitchen had everything you could think of, including spices for cooking and plastic storage containers.

This property had everything advertised and more! All the conveniences of home, including everything you need for a day at the beach with the family. Beautiful, quiet area that is full of wildlife. Renting bikes was a must for leisure activity with kids. Great rental!

This SeaLoft Villa was a perfect vacation rental. It was exactly as described, and was well furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay. We recently visited Seabrook with our family of four and enjoyed the community. This Sealoft Villa home was clean and had lots of extra comforts with all of the little things needed along the way were which was nice. We chose this community because our family enjoys biking and it was indeed great for that! The neighboring pool was convenient as it was literally across the street. The beach club was beautiful and relaxing. If you are a nature lover Seabrook is filled with all sorts of creatures to observe... birds, deer, frogs, and even gators. We spent a day in Charleston, saw the angel tree, enjoyed Fresh Fields and it's convenience. We also highly recommend the sunsets around the Bohicket area where The Salty Dog restaurant is in the back where the boats are. The nightly live music made it even better!

946 Seabrook Villa was marvelous. The space provided was just as described for our long weekend getaway with friends. The house was well stocked with extra linens and kitchen/cooking/dining supplies. We especially enjoyed having coffee at the lower level table and watching the wildlife of the area. The boardwalk through the marsh to the beach was unanticipated and lovely. Rental agent promptly answered our requests and questions. We will recommend Seabrook and Coastal Getways to our friends!

We had a wonderful stay. The property had EVERYTHING we needed, from a completely equipped kitchen to bikes and beach equipment. You name it, they had it. The place was very clean and the decor was bright and updated. An added bonus was being (literally) right across the street from the pool. It was also an easy walk to the beach from the property. Just an FYI for any future guests, there are steps on the boardwalk (2 sets of steps for boardwalk 3a). We weren't prepared to have to lift a packed beach cart and a double stroller up and down the steps. It didn't deter us though because the beach entry point for boardwalk 3 is at an area of the beach that was pretty empty, so the work was worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

Community pool was just across the driveway! Beach access #3 is an easy walk because house has a wagon to pull chairs, umbrella, bags etc. Pool at pelican nest is an easy bike ride away, 5 bikes total at property which was more than we needed. House has pretty much anything you could want or need!

We absolutely loved the property! Starting with the floorplan (well separated zones in an open floor plan), gorgeous updates and decor (great appliances, granite, glass tops on all furniture), kitchen stocked beyond any praise, I have never seen so many cooking utensils and dishes at rental!!!), beach chairs, bicycles, sand toys, beach cart, beautiful outdoor seating area below with grill, short neighborhood walk to the board walk to the beach (10 min to ocean). We felt like we visited with the family instead of being in the rental!!! Highly recommend! Definitely will be back!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our first true unplugged vacation here. The Sealoft Villa was the perfect size for our family! All of our kiddos were comfortable as were we. This house had everything we needed and then some! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach, ride bikes through the community and enjoy all of the amenities at Seabrook. The house was plenty big for our party of 8, 4 kids and 4 adults. They had everything that we could’ve needed for the house and the beach! It’s in a great location, just a mile walk from the most incredible beach. Check in and everything went great. They even offer an adventure pass. I hope we are able to come back!!

Our group of 6 loved this villa. Great location near pool with wonderful views from all decks. Villa has been remodeled nicely and is well equipped right down to the bikes and beach equipment. We’ve been vacationing at Seabrook since 2004 staying in the Sealoft Villas almost exclusively. This is our favorite Villa. Nancy was great to work when scheduling our visit. Our family (5 adults and a baby) very much enjoyed this well-equipped, comfortable and attractive home for a 3 day weekend. The boardwalk to the beach is close by. We enjoyed the breezes, walk in pool, and views at Island House and loved riding the bikes provided at the house. The porches afforded great views of the stars, as well as the alligator and turtles. Wasps on arrival were dealt with by maintenance immediately. Kitchen well stocked for any cooking project, linens high quality. Bucket of baby toys and games upstairs in loft, beach supplies in storage area. Didn't see beach wagon but overall, this house goes above and beyond to provide for your every vacation need.

I have been coming to Seabrook Island since the early 1980’s and have stayed in many villas and houses. All have been nice, but some nicer than others. This Sealoft Villa was simply wonderful. It’s location to both the pool, club house, and beach were ideal for my family. All that the home owner’s provided (luxurious linens, a well stocked kitchen, games, movies, patio furniture, beach chairs, floats, bikes, grill, wagon, etc) made this stay rank one of the highest. 946 Sealoft was lovely! Everything had been recently remodeled. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want and more. We had access to the owners bikes, beach chairs and floats etc. What a nice surprise. The views from all 4 decks were wonderful and we were only a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood pool was just across the street. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. This villa was beyond our highest expectations, we are definitely coming back next year. Working with Nancy at Coastal Getaways was a breeze.

We loved staying at this Sealoft Villa! We were a short walk or bike ride (<2 minutes) to the boardwalk to the beach! The home was well-decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our vacation! We loved riding the bikes, sitting in the chairs by the water, overlooking the golf course, and enjoying all of the amenities of home on our vacation. It was nice that there was a hose at the bottom of the unit, so we were able to keep most of the sand from entering the house- something that is pretty hard to do during a beach vacation. We had 6 adults with us, and the home provided enough room, so that we all had our own space, but also fit in the common areas. Having the Seabrook Island amenity cards included is nice. We mostly sat at the beach, but enjoyed going to Pelican's Nest for fun drinks during the day and a few games of ping pong. (We recommend The Perfect Pina Coladas. The food is alright- convenient, but not the best the Charleston area has to offer.) Staying on Seabrook is a short drive to great restaurants like The Wild Olive, on James Island too. The a/c had a little hitch two evenings before we left, but the property management company was on top of it, and had a repair man there in the morning! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean, updated, nice furnishings and appliances. Very happy with this villa. Seabrook is beautiful and peaceful and this villa spoiled us! All of the extras available (beach chairs, toys, nets, wagon, movies/books, etc) were appreciated. So happy to get there and find bikes, in great condition, in the basement! Short walk or bike ride to the beach or marsh. We recommend this villa and we will stay here again!

Wonderful, wonderful stay. Villa was exactly like photos and description. Pleasantly surprised to find four like new bikes for our use. Beach wagon with four beach chairs was definitely a plus as well. This villa had everything we were looking for...two bedrooms with king and queen beds, separate bathrooms, large flat screen TV, gas grill, decks, close to the beach, community pool just across the street, newly renovated, very quiet neighborhood. We definitely made the right choice!!!! So homey, clean, cute decorating, and even found the owners had just installed a brand new bedroom set. Janey, the owner, was so polite and we could tell she really wanted us to enjoy their vacation home. Only regret was that we did too much touring of the plantations and not enough time spent at the villa and beach. The highlight of our trip was this villa and Seabrook Island. The boardwalks leading to the beach were clean and very scenic. The beach was unbelievable. Not too many people, pure sand, no rocks, no weeds. This was like a little paradise staying in Sealoft 946 on Seabrook Island. Would love to come back very soon. Thank you Janey for allowing us to stay and enjoy your villa. We enjoyed ourselves more than words can say!!!!!!! I highly recommend this villa.
