2258 Rolling Dunes

Our family was so pleased with 2258 Rolling Dunes. We felt so at home. The location was great with a 10 minute walk to North Beach. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent overall. Basic kitchen staples for cooking. ( spices , salt/ pepper , olive oil) were lacking.

We enjoyed our week at Seabrook immensely! This is our 22nd year visiting the island and come back each year because of the beautiful beaches and the serenity of the island. 2258 Rolling Dunes was a great house to stay at. It was close to the North Beach #1 boardwalk. The house was comfortably furnished and had extras like bikes to ride. We will be back again next year!

This was the first time staying at this home. We come to Seabrook every other year for the last 15 years ane this was the best home we stayed at! There were absolutely no complaints about anything. It was super clean, had everything we needed and everything was in working condition. We have stayed at several very nice places but there was always something broke or not in good working condition. This place was our favorite and will continue to return to this same house from now on.

A favorite of my kids since my family owned a home like this for 30 years. We loved being back in time and had lots of room for everyone! The house is lovely and the hot/cold outside enclosed shower was a wonderful thing to get the children cleaned up and ready for bed after the beach!

Nice home to vacation at. We have stayed at several rental on the island and while each has pluses and minuses this home was very comfortable and convenient to the beach.

This property was perfect for our group of four guys playing in the South Carolina Golf Association Senior FourBall Championship. Convenient to Crooked Oaks course and clubhouse. Plenty of room for each man. A side note...both teams tied for first place in the championship before going to a playoff to determine the winner. So, the property has good mojo for golfers.

We couldn't have had a better time. Weather great for this time of year. All arrangements were as promised. Easy check in. House was in a great location near beach. In very good condition and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Mechanical systems worked fine (AC and Heat). Appliances were fine for cooking, washer/dryer, outdoor BBQ. The fitness center and golf courses along with the beach and bicycling kept us busy everyday. Freshfields provided groceries and many dining opportunities. Seabrook Exclusives very helpful in finding this rental and answering any questions we had. Looking forward to revisiting in the future.

It was, as always, a wonderful time. The house is our home away from home. The weather was perfect. The island was beautiful. We ate, slept, read, walked, picked up shells, drove to Charleston and shopped, visited Freshfields more than once. My favorite time of the year!

We loved the house, the location, the decor and artwork. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was in excellent condition. There were bicycles to use and we were close to the boardwalk to the beach. we would rent it again and would recommend it to friends. And family.

This is our 6th year at 2258 Rolling Dunes and probably our 10th with Seabrook Exclusives. WE LOVE IT! Perfectly maintained, clean, airy, roomy. It wouldn't be Thanksgiving if we weren't here every year. We appreciate all the beautiful touches here, such as wonderful artwork, a fully stocked kitchen, books, movies, etc. Hoping for 2016!

Fantastic beach house with bikes and beach chairs. A very short walk to the beach and a 10 minute bike ride to the pool. We biked all over the island and ate lunch at the beach club. Although the house does not have much of a view, it does have 2 masters with king beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is clean and well maintained. We will be back next year!

A lovely home maintained in excellent condition. FYI, we have young kids and found the smaller pool at the Lakehouse a more pleasant experience than the larger one at the beachfront clubhouse. There's also a small playground next to the Lakehouse pool. We rented bikes from the recommended agent and were happy with that choice as well. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard, too. The rental agent was quick to get back to us with answers to a couple of initial questions. Generally a great experience.

The house was very nice and we were very lucky to have outstanding March weather every day we were there, but what really stood our was the service. Long before we arrived, Betsy was as helpful and friendly as she could be with arrangements - most notably when we learned we would have to shorten our stay, she offered and provided an earlier arrival date so we could have a chance to be there for more than just three days. We were able to adjust our schedule to arrive earlier and that made a huge difference in our stay. also before we arrived, Kat and Susan had contacted us to welcome us and arrange for driver information at the security gate so that our group had an easy arrival. When we arrived, we found everything to be very organized and the property to be clean and completely ready for us. Every aspect of the rental was flawless and enjoyable until our departure when an important delivery from UPS did not arrive on time. Again, the Seabrook Exclusives Team came to our rescue by watching out for the package and forwarding it on, even offering to go out of the way to get it to us right away. As I said, the service aspect of this rental was absolutely amazing!

This is our 4th year at 2258 Rolling Dunes for our annual get-away Thanksgiving. It's our home away from home. Seabrook Exclusives is the absolute best, and we have been using them for many more years than that. Thanksgiving IS Seabrook for our family.

Seabrook, for us, is the perfect mix of beach retreat and entertainment facilities. We love long days on pristine beaches and also the options to dine in or eat well while out. This time, seeing dolphins "strand feeding" (look it up) was a particular treat.

We enjoyed our week at Seabrook Island with our children and grandchildren. There were 8 of us and plenty of room to comfortably accommodate us. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and the friendliness of the residents we met. We would like to return as a week wasn't quite enough!
