1363 Pelican Watch Villas

Favorite part, sitting on the deck any time of day and looking out at the water with the wild life and boats going by. Also loved going to the Lake House pool to relax in the shade, get a little sun, and enjoy the water when it gets too hot.

We have stayed in many different Pelican Watch properties and this one was awesome! Great remodel! Very clean!! The kitchen was so organized and there were so many thoughtful things that the owner has for their guests that made it a wonderful stay!

This is our second year in a row renting this unit at Pelican's Watch and we absolutely love it! It is updated with great amenities, and of course oceanfront. Watching the sunset over the ocean on the covered porch was an evening tradition that we all enjoyed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1363 Pelican Watch on Seabrook Island. The unit was beautifully appointed and clearly the owners gave much thought and effort to its comfort and design elements.
Our only concern was the arm of the recliner which was distracted from the chair frame. We contacted the rental office and they said it would be fixed, but it wasn't when we left. The unit's location is wonderful and the 1st level was perfect for us.

The freshly remodeled villa was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. Beach front, beautiful sunsets, very clean and organized with excellent accomodations. This is one villa that you don't want to miss experiencing the quaint seafaring decor and proximity to the many Seabrook Island amenities.

We had a very relaxing stay at 1363 Pelican Watch Way and Seabrook Island. We enjoyed riding bikes to and from the beach and around the island and lunch at Pelican’s Nest. The villa is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Beach chairs and towels were included for our use. Lots of love has been poured into this villa and it shows. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Our rental experience was a 10 from start to finish! Seabrook Exclusives went above and beyond than any other rental company we've ever booked through. They were so friendly, professional and made everything easy. The property itself was pristine, the attention to detail in all of their upgrades were beyond appreciated. Specifically the bathrooms were a dream! The added touches of extra shower handles, jets etc. were so spa like! The open kitchen is gorgeous, functional and fully equipped. The living area was so cozy and so spacious for a one bedroom unit. We spent so much time on the outdoor porch, gorgeous beach views! Just a few steps from the beach, and a short walk to the beach club pool area too. It was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to book again!

1363 Pelican Watch is very well appointed both in decor and in kitchen amenities. We were there over Thanksgiving, didn't have to cook the full spread, but were responsible for a few things that were made easier by the mixing bowls, mixer etc that were supplied. It was a "COVID" spike time so we didn't avail ourselves of anything except the beach but were sure we were out on the porch around 5:00 to watch the sunset. Beautiful viewing of sunsets on the pretty weather days! That was a must for me when we rented and it didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful experience working with Kathy at Pam Harrington Exclusives. Pelican Watch 1363 is a stunning, recently renovated (entirely!), waterfront villa. The owners did a phenomenal job of decorating and stocking their home with everything you could think of! There were packages of “seaside motif” cocktail napkins in the kitchen drawer! Didn’t have the heart to use them as it was just my husband & I vacationing—but what a lovely touch! So much care & attention was put into every detail. Kathy, was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions & concerns. Looking forward to working with her in the future!
