Nature is the elixir! Enjoying the view from Pelican Watch and exploring the beach and inland trails walking or cycling were the highlights of my stay at Seabrook. Of course, the local restaurants, shops, and community activities are very inviting, reasonably priced on the whole. Your community is safe and respectable--key factors in my deciding to vacation there.

We have stayed multiple times at Pelican Watch because we love the quiet, enjoy the wildlife & watching the shrimpers come/go. This week was PERFECT! This unit is really underrated. It was spotless, well stocked kitchen (we do a LOT of our own cooking) with perfectly operating appliances, living room very comfortable, bed fantastic, & so enjoyed the balcony with the umbrella over the table during high sun. Check-in was smooth & Seabrook Exclusives were very professional & friendly. Yes, the bathrooms could use updating & have very low vanities but the showers were wonderful. The kitchen cabinets might be original, but everything functioned beautifully! We never turned on the 2 TVs - preferred watching the 7 deer, porpoises, diving pelicans, sailboats & fishing. The AM walks down to "the point" were lovely as were the sunsets. Can't say enough about how delighted our week of unwinding was in unit 1368.

Seabrook Island is a beautiful vacation spot. We have been vacationing here for over 20 years. The Pelican Watch Villas are the perfect spot to enjoy the beach, the views, sunset, and amenities of the island. 1368 is a very comfortable, clean and well equipped villa. The kitchen had all we needed, the linens, towels and supplies were ample. There were even each chairs on the deck, however, one can't always depend that they will always be there! Some reviews called the villa "outdated", however, the furnishings, while perhaps not everyone's style, were in excellent condition,very comfortable and appeared to be relatively new. We had a great 2 week stay!

Seabrook is beautiful and full of nature. We enjoy kayaking on the North Edisto River and spending time walking on the beautiful beach. You see dolphins swimming and all kinds of birds on Seabrook. We enjoy cycling on the island and even ride to Freshfields for dinner.

We stumbled onto this condo by accident. What a great find for us. Unit was clean and updated except the kitchen. It size was perfect for a couple. Location was outstanding! It was close to the beach (what a view), clubhouse and other activities. Seabrook was wonderful! A perfect vacation indeed.

Seabrook is a beautiful community with a quiet, non-commercial feel. No high rise condos or McMansions; the architecture blends into the surroundings. Streets and the beach are bicycle and pedestrian-friendly. Pelican Watch is oceanfront with easy access to a lovely, uncrowded stretch of beach popular with dog walkers. My unit was top floor which meant climbing two flights of stairs (and hauling suitcase, groceries, etc). The first floor units also had steps up to door, just something to consider if you are older or have any physical limitations. The unit was comfortable though could use an update and better lighting especially for reading.

Seabrook Island 's beauty and quietness is great. We have celebrated our anniversary there for the past several years. If you don'r want high car traffic, lots of noise, commotion, visit Seabrook!

Everything about our trip to Seabrook was wonderful. We could not have asked for better weather. We chose not to pick up our amenity cards and did all of our workouts outdoors....running and biking. Exercise was necessary as we ate and ate and ate. Our favorite find was the Fat Hen on John's Island. We went back twice and took part in the oyster roast to benefit the local food bank. The only complaint that I have is about your office upon our departure. When I went inside to drop off the key I was not greeted. Not one person asked my name or if I enjoyed our stay. I find it strange that you now want to know how I enjoyed our stay.

We found this Pelican Watch unit to be very nice with a great view from the deck. We thought it was well-equipped and really enjoyed the comfortable linens. The Internet was fast and the flat screen TVs came in great. We would certainly consider staying in this villa again.
