The place was great and had plenty of space for our family. We loved the porches and easy access to the beach. The close proximity to the beach club was a nice perk too. We had all of the kitchen utensils needed and felt right at home.

We have been vacationing on Seabrook Island since 1986 and it never disappoints! We brought our children to the island, and now, even more special to share Seabrook with our grandchildren. 1390 Pelican Watch was perfect for the kids to step out the door and go down to the beach. Our favorite part can’t be pinned down…we made beautiful memories and will treasure them always! Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location with great view of the ocean, beautiful sunrises, glorious sunsets and magical views of the planets, stars and moon!

Greatly appreciated the quiet and tranquility we found here in October. Beach access is easy and without steps; nice walks, relaxing moments and fabulous memories can be made here.

Kitchen is well equipped for any meal you can imagine. Master bedroom is very nicely decorated, however, the mattress in the middle sags and likely needs to be replaced very soon.

Pam Harrington's team is above and beyond amazing, extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. Appreciated the notebook filled with every thing local, including menus and recommendations.

Deck may be the best room of this rental because of the exceptional view of the ocean and night sky. That said, our wish list for owner would be to repaint deck area off the living room, add a non-slip rug (when it rains or from night dew, deck is slippery) + add some blinds or an awning for filtering sunlight and privacy. We had our dinner outside every night (weather permitting) but often times could see our neighbors to the right or left of us because of the close proximity of the building's layout. We could not locate the Umbrella for the deck, so missed having some shade.

TIP: Bring bug spray or purchase some at the Bohicket Marina Store, as the No See Ums and Mosquitos are annoying during the late afternoon and evening.

Would definitely recommend this unit to others and likely stay here again, if the "wish list" items are addressed and incorporated.

We recently stayed at Pelican Watch in August and loved the area so much we returned for a week in October. Great weather for walking, running and biking. Had quiet sunset dinners on the decks. Plenty of room and very clean! Would recommend staying here in the future. We'll be back.

I'm so blessed to be able to work with the ladies at Seabrook Exclusives. Due to Covid, they we're spacing one day between guests, and we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to this beautiful, gorgeous double unit because our original unit (half the size) didn't have that spacing available. I've mostly worked with Betsy over the years, but any of the ladies I've worked with there are always putting the customer first. I know I'm in good hands renting through Seabrook Exclusives.

The view from this condo was amazing, the beds were so comfortable, and the amenities were plenty.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, roomy place to stay on the beach, this is it!

Very nice unit, worked out well for our party of 6. Right in front of boardwalk to beach.
Being on the lower end of the complex thr beach was very uncrowded, good for these times. Enjoyed our stay very much. Will be back

Seabrook is and has been a magical family destination for us for years. We have been visiting Seabrook for 15 years now. We started vacationing here when the children were little. We loved the quiet beautiful beaches. Being able to play baseball or tumble down the beach without people everywhere was nothing short of amazing. The habitat leaves one feeling surreal. Watching the dolphins so close sometimes you feel like you could reach out and touch one or watching the baby sea turtles make it out to sea. I would recommend Seabrook to anyone. Selfishly I hope it continues to stay a beautiful quiet magical place for everyone.

Having never been to South Carolina I didn't know what to expect.1390 Pelican Watch at Seabrook island is the perfect place to enjoy all the best of South Carolina. The island is very beautiful. So much wildlife, beautiful beach and convenient for Charleston and other islands. A clean and comfortable villa with everything you require.

What-a great villa!! Clean, well equipped, spacious , and the view unbelievable .
We had 5 adults and a baby with us and had plenty of room. The kitchen was open and had everything needed to cook. Loved that we were so close to the beach and only half mile from the Island Pool. We will definitely be back and this villa is a #1 contender .

The view from this condo is beautiful. Condo was clean and well stocked. Great location you can walk or ride bike to the pool and North Beach (for swimming in ocean). It is a big condo with plenty of room for family, has two decks one for sun and one to eat on. Had a wonderful time and loved the condo. Property management was very nice and upgraded us to this place when our original condo was having repairs done.

The rental was very nice and clean. View was fabulous and we loved being so close to the beach for morning and evening walks. The dolphins were very active all week and we did get to see 3 loggerhead turtles hatch. Also very close to the Beach Club which was another plus
Liked that they turned some of the villas into 3 bedrooms. It was perfect for 6 people.

We had a wonderful vacation week. This condo was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The view from the deck and living room was beautiful at all times of the day. The access to the beach was easy. We also enjoyed using the pool.

Our stay was everything and more that we expected. The property was well maintained, well equipped, clean and nicely appointed. The weather was wonderful and we enjoyed sunsets every evening. The amenities we used were great and not crowded. Travel to and from Charleston was easy as was a trip to Savannah.

This was our first time to Seabrook Island. The location of Pelican Watch is private and convenient to the additional amenities. We enjoyed the close proximity of the Beach Club, Biking Trails, and Golf Pro-Shop. Having Freshfields Village for groceries and shopping was convenient. The ability to drive a short distance to downtown Charleston and enjoy Boone Hall Plantation added to our experience. We would stay in this property in the future.

1309/92 Pelican Watch in Seabrook was in a great location and was very well maintained. The only thing I could see improving in this rental is the cookware which was adequate but the rest was great. I will definitely stay here my next visit.

I've been visiting Seabrook Island since I was about 8. Thirty years later, it is still great! We had the pleasure of taking our kids to visit the island for the first time this fall. They loved it, too. It is such a great place for kids.

Loved our stay here. We travel to Seabrook every year and this is the first time we were able to stay at the Pelican Watch with our kids as they are generally smaller units. This one is a double unit, very cool layout, plenty of room for our 3 kids. Very open and spacious. Comfortable beds. Convenient to everything! Highly recommend!
