The villa was in the perfect location perfect to see the beach, and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. We were right on the boardwalk so it was a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and it was clean and ready to go. The bottom sheet on the bed was stiff and scratchy, but the pillowcases were fine. It would be great if there was an umbrella or awning on the deck, because the sun was so hot in the afternoon we couldn't be out there. We had a wonderful week and will surely come back again!

The condo at Pelican Watch was terrific. It overlooks the water with beautiful sunsets every night. The condo is well maintained with everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals at home.
The only drawback is that the deck is in total southern exposure and there is not an umbrella or awning to protect you from the sun on the deck. So it was difficult to spend the afternoons outside enjoying the views from the deck. My recommendation would be for the owners to invest in an umbrella.
The island of Seabrook is great, plenty of places to walk, ride bikes, play tennis or pickleball or just relax on the beach.

Lovely condo with a great sunset view. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and very clean. We enjoyed walking our dog on the beach, watching the dolphins and pelicans.

Clean as a whistle , everything we needed . Views of the water and sunsets were perfection, sunset colors change every minute and no two nights were the same . Right on the water . Easily walkable to the pool . Loved everything about it !

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. As an end unit, it was perfectly situated for an easy walk to the beach, had a comfortable king bed, lots of storage space, and a convertible sofa bed for our grown daughter plus her own private bathroom. The rental agent was very service oriented and was truly wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

This was our first experience staying at Seabrook and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out process was easy with no issues. The views from the unit are great especially the sunsets. It was a great time full of lasting memories.

Seabrook is a great place to enjoy a vacation, and Pelican Watch Villas for us makes it even better! The view is really nice and the access to the beach and to the pool are very easy. The sunsets from Pelican Watch are great.
Bike riding around the island and on the beach is fun. You can go to Bohicket Marina and enjoy that area as well. We also spend a day over at Kiawah to explore all the nice places there.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this condo. The complex is in a great location. Views of the ocean from your balcony. Watch the pelicans fly by. Saw dolphins everyday. The complex is within an hour from Charleston and most other sights you may want to visit. We will be coming back!

We have stayed at 1302 Pelican Watch 3 times, and have enjoyed it each time. It is one of the cleanest places we have stayed and it is beautiful. If you leave the sliding glass doors open, you can hear the peaceful ocean. It is such a relaxing vacation every time we come. We like the fact that it is family oriented and we can bring our pet. I would recommend this Villa to anyone.

Fantastic location. Condo in good condition, very comfortable. Only flaw was a thoroughly inadequate wireless internet. It was hopelessly slow and needs to be updated to a faster plan. Other units in the complex do much better in this regard.

The weather cooperated and the time we spent on the beach was both relaxing and enjoyable. We like having the villa along the boardwalk with quick access to the beach and awesome sunsets!

We came from the mountains for a relaxing weekend at the beach and that's exactly what we got here. We saw dolphins and deer right from the deck of our condo and got to take our pup for walks on the beach. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Seabrook, although we've stayed at Hilton Head and Kiawaha Island many times over the years. We loved the beautiful quite beach and the soft sound of the surf. The condo looked exactly like the picture, and we were very pleasantly surprised!

Villa was perfect stocked with anything you would need! Views were amazing. Neighbors where friendly and Bruno (Havanese) was wonderful greeting us!
We traveled to Charleston and Savannah and was always happy to return back to the villa! Lola loved the beach!

The Pelican Watch is a great spot to spend time on Seabrook. We've been spending our family holidays on Seabrook for over 25 years and have rented this unit for the past 10. 1302 is ideally located, ample sunshine, beach/ sunset views and proximity to the clubs facilities. We are already planning our return in 2017.

Our first time staying at the Pelican Watch and it was everything we expected and more. The realtor is extremely organized so that by the time we arrived there was nothing to do but relax and enjoy the beautiful property and surrounding area. We not only got to see much of the SC coast, but also met some wonderful people. Great hospitality, great food, and an endless amount of things to do. We rented a boat, golfed, visited Charleston, and Bufort, and learned much about the history and beauty of the area. A great vacation because at the end of the day we loved coming back to her beautiful villa and view.

Seabrook is a special spot for our family. We've been going there for about thirty years. Our three kids always enjoyed it from toddler thru teen years and now they are going with their spouses and kids. I has everything that we want for a family vacation.

This was our first week-long vacation in Seabrook and we absolutely loved it and plan to be back. The condo was very comfortable, with excellent views of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. A family of deer frequented the dunes just outside our condo each night around sunset, and each morning as we walked our dog, we saw many more deer. An unexpected delight! The location is so convenient, with an easy walk to the beach, pool, and restaurants. We absolutely loved the Island House restaurant! Superb food! There were plenty of supplies in the house for the kitchen and bathrooms, and we were so impressed with how well taken care of we were by the Seabrook Exclusives staff. They called regularly to check in with us, and one of their staff members stopped by with extra light bulbs and a list of local restaurants he and his wife recommended. Such a nice touch! We will certainly be back, again, and again!

This was our first visit at Seabrook. We were very pleased with the accommodations, location, and everything about Seabrook. Very quiet. View was absolutely beautiful. Loved seeing the shrimp boats passing by daily and catching a glimpse of Dolphins. Also, enjoyed seeing baby sea turtle nest and a few baby turtles that made the journey to the ocean from beach. Plenty of crabs to see on an evening walk. We would definitely recommend Seabrook to anyone that wants to get away to a very friendly, beautiful, quiet get away. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

WONDERFUL! Betsy from the rental agency was very helpful and always prompt to answer emails. The villa was well decorated and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen supplies. We enjoy cooking in on some nights.

Our rental property was very clean and well kept. It was also great that the property had all of the basic supplies for cooking, laundry etc. We enjoyed the location, it was easy to find. People were very friendly and talkative.

We had a great time staying at this unit. Perfectly located right on the beach with great views, we could not have asked for a better location for our vacation. Watching dolphins come right onto shore to feed on fish was a highlight of our trip. Being a dog-friendly location allowed us to take our favorite four-legged family member! For the ninth year, we enjoyed Seabrook Island and Pelican Watch 1302. We were glad to see the updated flooring and while the unit is always clean and well stocked, we were very frustrated that there was no umbrella for the deck table. Without any source of shade of the deck it is not pleasant for most of the day. Some type of shade is necessary!

Fantastic two week stay at PW 1302, may be our sixth or seventh year in a row! Immaculate surroundings, peaceful and serene. Great for walks on the beach and a hop to the Pool Club. I highly recommend Seabrook Exclusives for your stay in Paradise!

This condo had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous and we saw some wonderful sunsets. Every morning we saw dolphins swim by and deer feeding in the dunes by our deck.
The condo is beautifully decorated and everything was in working order. No problems at all. The rental office was very helpful and answered all our questions. I would rent this condo again and recommend it if you are looking for a place on the beach.

We are very familiar with Seabrook Island having visited there 5 times. The unit is closest to the beach and has a great view of the water. The unit does lack some amenities, such as subscribing to HDTV cable, that if included would make the stay more enjoyable on those cold or wet March days. The Lake House indoor pool is most enjoyable.

Another gret experience with my wife, daughters and their husbands with our grandchildren. As a point of reference, the girls enjoyed Seabrook as children and now look forward to sharing that with their husbands and our grandchildren. Will return in the future, God willing!
