2717 Seabrook Island Road

We have been coming to SeaBrook for over 20 years and once again it didn't disappoint us, the weather was great, bike rides and time on the beach was awesome and we did the Mingo Point oyster Roast for the first time in over 10 years and it was fantastic, can't wait to do it again next year, my family loves SeaBrook and we will be back in December and the summer of 2025.

Location was great and the property well appointed. Riding bikes around Seabrook and enjoying walks along the beach are always a family favorite. We were able to experience a pair of dolphins strand feeding, a highlight of our stay! Watching the peaceful horizon of the ocean from the Pelican’s Nest is another activity the family enjoys. Seabrook offers a relaxing stay and is well worth the visit.

Excellent place to stay while on Seabrook Island. Lots of room for larger group to relax, play games, watch TV. Very clean and professionally decorated.

We have stayed in dozens of different properties in various places including Seabrook and Kiawah. This was our favorite! Plenty of room to unwind together or separately. The best equipped kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. An easy walk to the beach. Very quiet. We loved every thing about it!

Pet friendly house in perfect location for us. Fenced area for dogs a great help. With the 4 living spaces in addition to bedrooms we were able to spray out and have room to entertain 2 other families for meals. Tiled sunroom was perfect for dogs to finish drying after beach time. Spacious driveway also helpful for us with both teenage kids driving. Our week there was super enjoyable. Thank you.

I have stayed at this home multiple times. This visit was to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The home is perfectly located just a few minutes from the beach and club. It is very well appointed, clean, well maintained and professionally decorated. The multiple living spaces in this home allowed all of us to have our own area to relax. We took advantage of all Seabrook offers, horseback riding on the beach, bicycling around the island and of course the beach and pool. There are fantastic restaurants on the island and in the surrounding area. We rented a boat at Bohicket Marina & visited Charleston a couple of times during our stay. We are already planning our next trip and will be staying here again.

This was a perfect rental for my family of 6. The house is in close proximity to the beach and pool. It was very clean and nicely appointed with several TV's and a great game room for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and expect to be back next year. Renting a golf cart to go back and forth from the beach / pool and to go shopping and dining made the experience even more fun.

My family had a great stay at Seabrook Island! The area itself is a quiet, secluded and serene gated community. The beaches were not crowded, even at the peak of the day. Amenities were clean, well managed and available at good times of the day. Our house was clean, quiet, and able to accommodate mine and my extended family very comfortably. We enjoyed the experience.

The home was neat, orderly, clean and most conducive for entertaining. We had copious space and fell that we all achieved privacy when desirable. Thank you so much for the fifth bag that greeted us upon arrival. Seabrook Exclusive abandoned the old style and created a burlap bag that is so attractive. We really enjoyed this location situated 1/2 between the gate and the beach.

We felt at home in this fully equiped home, from kitchen appliance to any board game you choose to play this home has what you need to make you feel at home. A short walk to the beach this home is in a great location.

This was our family's first stateside vacation. We wanted to try a location that offered enough amenities of a large vacation destination and great weather. Seabrook Island certainly offered that and more. From the convenient beach club and beach access to the equestrian club (my daughters' favorite), biking, golf, sunset and dolphin tours, historical Charleston and endless top restaurants, our expectations were more than met. This beautiful home only added to the experience. The house was perfectly located to all activities. It offered every comfort of home with more space than we could use. Seems everyone had their own separate space when they need some quite time. Or, it was perfect for family time, whether it was at the large dining table, family game sunroom, or in the den. We loved the entire experience and would highly recommend this house. The owners did a terrific job decorating it and ensuring it provided a great vacation experience for each guest.

My family and I stayed in this home for 2 weeks. During that time, we had friends visit during one week, and family during the next. The home was beautiful with very attractive and comfortable furniture. There was plenty of room to spread out. Our boys (8 and 4) thoroughly enjoyed the temperature controlled sunroom with the large TV, DVD player, and Wii. The beds were comfortable with quality bedding. We ate at least 2 meals each day in the home and the kitchen was well stocked with good pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and bakeware. The location of the home was perfect. The closest beach access was only about .3 miles away and easily walkable. The property management company was extremely easy to work with. They were very responsive, proactive, and provided excellent communication. We love Seabrook Island and find it to be the perfect place to vacation for our family. I would highly recommend this property or any property with Seabrook Exclusives. We hope to return again next year!

The property was in exceptional good condition, clean, spacious, well furnished. It had a wonderful floor plan to accommodate parties and get togethers and also provide privacy for individual needs. The master bed is rather soft- other than that it is an excellent choice that I am renting for next year- already!!!!!!

we all enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and spacious home. Different living areas to spread out or gather as you wished. Very clean with comfortable beds and linens. fenced area for dogs a plus. Easy bike ride to oceanfront pool complex. We will return!

Great home in Seabrook, nice, new, and very clean. We enjoyed the Clemson game on the beautiful TVs, family Wii golf tournaments, bike rides, and lovely beach weather. Seabrook Exclusives was able to accommodate us very last minute. Thanks Betsy!
