The proximity to the beach was ideal, but the beach itself was also really special. Because the location is where the ocean meets a like, the surf is relatively calm all the time! Great for relaxation. Also it’s like a dog park on the beach because so many guests bring dogs, which I loved. Seabrook Exclusives is a fabulous vacation rental company and we will absolutely use them again. Thank you!

Nice stay. Very well equipped kitchen. All went well . Very nice that trash bags, tp, paper towels were provided. Amenity card included was a must.....thank you
Appreciate it that dog was allowed and we were very respectful of someone else’s condo and left it in same condition as when arrived.

The villa is in a great location. It is so lovely to be able to look out and see the ocean every morning and have an easy walk to the beach. The villa is in great condition with the two updated bathrooms and kitchen. The only thing that would make it better would be removing the carpet in the bedroom. We spent our mornings out on the beach in front of Pelicans Watch and afternoons at the beach club. The beach in front of Pelicans Watch was spacious and easy to spread out. The sunsets were incredible each night and the breeze made the balcony comfortable even during the day in the sun! It was nice that the beach chairs were in great condition and easy to bring down to the beach as well .

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican Watch. The place was perfect for my husband and I. Easy walk to the beach and even better was it was easy to social distance on the beach. (not so much at the pool so we just didn't go there`way too many people & no ability to distance) Enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening on the deck.

This was the perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The villa is on the far end and right next to St. Christopher's property - we saw lots of deer in the early morning. The unit is nice with a small but well equipped kitchen. The balcony was a great spot for morning coffee and also for reading on the cool and cloudy days - it does get really hot on a sunny afternoon. Easy and quick beach access.

Booked very short notice, this villa afforded us an excellent view, both toward the ocean but especially the sunset, which we enjoyed every night while there. It also is situated to catch whatever breezes come your way, very important in August!

Again, we've never had a bad vacation at Seabrook. We started coming in 1993 and I believe it becomes more beautiful as time goes on.

My only concern relates to the Pelican Nest restaurant--they use to serve oysters and I miss them :)

Would I recommend staying in the Pelican Watch again? Yes, and without reservations! I tell friends about Seabrook Island all the time.

My husband and I enjoyed our week at this Pelican Watch villa. We've stayed in several of these units over the years; this was one of the nicest. It has the best-equipped kitchen we've ever seen in a vacation rental. Pelican Watch villas have great ocean/river views, and you can easily walk right down to the beach. It was the perfect vacation!

Thank you for another wonderful week in Seabrook at another beautiful Pelican Watch Villa. The views of the water are always outstanding and once the sun sets (after taking hundreds of the most amazing sunset photos), the area goes pitch black and you feel like you can simply reach upward and touch the stars. Seabrook is one of our favorite places to be when we are in Charleston and Pelican Watch Villas are always our first choice - villa 13104 is no exception. The owner has stocked the villa with everything you need for an extended stay and it's beautifully updated and decorated. See you on our next visit!!!

We have been coming to Seabrook for the last five years. This unit was the best that we've stayed in. It was well stocked, very clean and pet friendly. The location of this unit was at building 9 a more private area, also plenty of parking. We will rent this again.

My husband and I along with our Beagle stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The property management was so helpful and pleasant to work with. The condo is small but doesn't feel like it at all. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sail boats and shrimping boats go by. I would highly recommend it and appreciate the homeowners attention to detail in assuring the rental has been equipped with all the necessities!

This was our fourth time staying in Pelican Watch and this was by far the nicest condo that we have stayed in. The bed was phenomenal and the couches were very nice. More touches of home were included, which was unusual based on the other ones we have stayed in. Very well done to the owner! We were stranded for two extra nights due to the floods of 2015, but the management company was amazing! I could not recommend Seabrook Exclusives any more than I do now. Wonderful company and wonderful experience!

This has been our third trip to Seabrook Island in the last 2 years, and we have always stayed at the Pelican Watch Villas. This is our second stay at 13104 Pelican Watch, and it is a beautiful villa. The view is outstanding, and the unit itself is very nicely decorated (with some additional upgrades since our last visit), clean, well furnished, and just a lovely place to spend a week on Seabrook Island. The location of this unit is very quiet and peaceful. It is close to the other unit we also rented in the Spring. We really like where these units are in the overall complex. We were able to bring our dog as well, which makes our vacation worry-free. In this unit, you would never know dogs may have visited. It is very clean, and it appears all guests & their dogs respect the interior. The wildlife, quiet beach, Freshfields Village, The Pelican's Nest, etc. all make this one of my favorite places to really relax. I have even got my parents coming to Seabrook for their second visit this year. They will be staying at another beautiful unit in Pelican Watch! I plan on renting this villa again on our next trip!

This was our fourth winter in this unit. Each year the owner makes improvements. The villa is immaculate, especially considering it's pet friendly. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The view is spectacular. We can watch dolphins, lovely sunsets, pelicans, and shrimp boats from the couches. The furniture is comfortable, especially the bed. Being hockey fans, we loved the sports package on the TV. Having the amenity card included is a very good deal. It was an unusually chilly winter, yet we were always warm and cozy in the villa. The Lake House and equestrian center are top notch. It's an easy drive to Charleston. The grocery store at Freshfields has everything. The management company is professional and prompt to respond.

This was one of THE BEST family vacations we have had in some time! We loved everything about Seabrook Island and our accomodations at 13104 Pelican Watch Villa. The location was perfect (so close to the ocean as well as the Beach Club amenities), and the view was amazing. Our villa had very nice accomodations, and allowed us to bring our small, senior dog along. The decor was also very nice and well taken care of. We enjoyed the wildlife as well. Seabrook is beautiful, laid-back, but with everything you could need for a great vacation. We look forward to coming back, and would definitely stay in this villa!

This is our third winter stay in this quiet, well appointed villa. Watched dolphins, deer, spectacular sunsets, a regatta, and fishing boats all from the comfort of the living room. Spent hours walking the pristine beach and enjoyed the classes at the Lake House. The equestrian center is a hidden gem offering horseback experiences for any skill level. Looking forward to our next stay.

My family had a wonderful time at Seabrook Island. From the deer grazing by the side of the road to the alligators looming in the swamps, there was so much to see! And the view from our villa balcony was breathtaking. We will definitely go back next year!

The island was great! Very secluded and very nice. The view from the condo cannot be beat. There are wild deer on the island as well as plenty of dolphin and other wildlife. The condo itself was very nice and I would definitely stay there again.

Fall at Seabrook is so relaxing. It is a beautiful time to walk on the beach because the sky is clear and sun shines more brightly than in the summer.

We took advantage of the indoor pool at the Lake House for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Next time, we may even consider the workout room when we're not feeling so relaxed.

We had a very relaxing enjoyable trip on Seabrook Island. The location was perfect for a quiet escape. We loved the view of the estuary and spotted lots of wildlife (dolphins, deer, hawks). The beaches along the river and the Atlantic are pristine and made for great walks and afternoon sunning. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets and star-gazing in the evenings with our wine and dinner. The unit was very clean and had plenty of cleaning supplies (including bar soaps in the bathrooms)and cooking utensils/equipment. I'd highly recommend this unit for a couple or small family.

We've spent several winters in Pelican villas. This was our first stay in this particular villa and our first experience with Seabrook Exclusives. Both exceeded expectations. The villa is well appointed and immaculate. The presentation in the website is completely accurate. The location is exceptional and the rental fee is competitive. Sit back in the living room and watch beautiful sunsets, dolphins, pelicans, deer, and the ever changing light across the dunes. Walk the pristine beach. Take full advantage of the Lake House and Equestrian Center. We would highly recommend this unit, and be quite comfortable with any property managed by Seabrook Exclusives.
