We had a lovely time except for one critical issue. My husband has some slight mobility issues. The beach had erroded and the steps to the beach were so high above the sand that it was diffcult for all of us to get to the beach and it prevented my husband from being able to go to the beach. we reported it to the mgmt. company who kept repeating that they could not control beach errosion. On the second day we reached someone who said they were investigating doing a "professional" fix to the problem. The third day they were still "investigating" the problem. Finally the Friday before we left on Saturday, someone showed up at 5:pm and built three additional wooden stairs in approximately 45 minutes. Still don't understand why this wasn't done sooner or hadn't been repaired before we even got there.

This house is wonderful. You can't beat its location. It is an older house but the rental company is attentive if a problem should arise. It is one of our favorite houses for our family on this amazing island.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Plenty of sitting areas to accommodate large families yet plenty of space for privacy or quite time as well.
Beach access couldn’t get better. We would definitely return to this home for future vacations.

This has been our family vacation spot for many years. We have wonderful happy memories with our children and grandchildren. The view from the many porches is spectacular. We see deer in the lush vegetation and watch for sea turtles each morning. It will always be a special place for us.

This is the perfect beach house for an extended family. The grandkids look forward each year to go swimming, shell collecting, and watching the baby turtles take their first swim in the ocean. We will be coming back next year.

We spent a week in early August 2017 at the house. It was our first time renting on Seabrook but the week couldn't have been better. There was plenty of room for the entire family and the direct beach access can't be beat. We were very sorry to leave!

This house has the greatest location, right on the beach and down the street from the club. It's got large rooms and public spaces - perfect for our family to gather (between the dining room and adjacent porch, we could seat 16 for dinner). We can't imagine staying anywhere else.

This was our first time on beautiful Seabrook Island. We spent a week in late May and had perfect weather. There are lots of houses on the island, but very few of them are oceanfront like this one. When we walked up to the front door and looked through the huge and lovely living room to the blue ocean, we said "WOW!" Most of the house is air conditioned for comfort, but our favorite areas were the open-air ones on the beach side where we could hear the surf and the numerous birds: a screened porch with a large dining table where we ate all at- home meals, another screened porch off the master suite, and an unscreened but covered sitting area between them. A bit further from the house was a terrace open to the sky with four chaises, which were perfect for watching the stars at night. Beyond that a short private boardwalk led to the beach, where we walked every evening after dinner. The house was beautifully furnished and maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The house doesn't have a pool, but we had free access to the one at the beach club, just a five minute walk down the beach. This is a very special house and we felt lucky to be able to enjoy it for a week.

My family have been coming to Seabrook Island for over 30 years. With kids we like to stay on the beach for ease of operation (lunch, bathroom breaks, etc.). With a large family we needed all four bed rooms. The kitchen is very functional and the club is within walking distance too. While the house is old the owners are upgrading rooms and bathroom year after year. The property management group keeps it clean and tidy. In short, we will be back next year!

8 days of beautiful weather in the ideal oceanfront home. Love, love this house. Just steps to the beach on a private boardwalk. This is the lowcountry at its best. Made even more heavenly since we were able to take our four-legged best friend.

we loved walking out to the beach with the dogs. that couldn't be beat. the outdated bathrooms and kitchen were a bit of a bummer, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

3736 Seabrook Island Road is a great house. Very large with plenty of room for spreading out. Some things are a little outdated but we loved the home overall. Very well stocked house. The back porch is really the best place in the home! We love it!

Our stay at Seabrook Island was wonderful. The oceanfront house is lovely and just a short walk to the beach. Everyone at Seabrook Islands Exclusives were accessible and accommodating to us. We couldn't have had a more hassle-free vacation. We would definitely return.

As a former resident of Seabrook Island I was thrilled to have the opportunity to stay in one of the homes that I always admired almost 20 years ago. When my family and I first arrived I was surprised how the vegetation has grown and created fabulous privacy. The gardens behind the house are mature and lovely as well. We traveled with two of our children who enjoyed having their own bedrooms with en suite baths. The home is in fantastic condition and the furnishings and linens are quite nice. We enjoyed the outdoor entertaining areas daily while playing a game or quietly relaxing with a nice cold drink and taking in the beautiful view of the dunes and beach. When we arrived we noticed there was not a coffee maker so we made a quick call and received a brand new one post haste. We cannot say enough good things about this wonderful home, only that one week was not enough and next year we will be staying longer!

There were only two lounge chairs on the deck upon arrival which was inadequate for number of guests. Situation was remedied quickly. Great.
Had average of 7 guests for two weeks.
Have been guests on Seabrook for 23 different summers. Had not rented thru this agency.
The experience went well.
