Great location on Edisto river. Neighbors were quiet but friendly. View from back deck was perfect for sunsets. We prefer to cook our meals and the kitchen could have been stocked better- there were some tools but utensils is an area to add. The dishwasher was functional but might need to be looked at for service. Bath and bedroom were nice- good water pressure. The area which is an opportunity for most improvement is the pillows on the bed- please replace as they were not usable. Unit was as described in listing, no problems getting around on island nor parking.

Very nice condo, exactly as described. Beautiful community right on the beach with a lot of amenities. Very easy to get into condo location. Initial instructions can feel like more than normal, but once you arrive it all makes sense and helps to get you in the community and take advantage of the amenities! Excellent view as well.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront condo on Seabrook Island! The views were nothing short of spectacular — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony was pure magic. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
The amenities were top-notch — from the resort-style pool to easy beach access, bike rentals, and nearby golf and tennis courts, there was always something to do. We especially loved how peaceful and uncrowded the area felt, a true hidden gem on the South Carolina coast.
Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore nature, or just enjoy a luxurious, laid-back escape, this condo is the perfect place. We can't wait to come back!

Overall it was great. Very quiet location. Floors definitely need to be mopped. Doesn’t look like they’ve been mopped for a while. My 2 year old spilled a little water on the floor and when I wiped it up the paper towel was very dirty. That’s why I gave 3 stars for cleanliness.

I loved the gorgeous views…especially the sunsets. I also rented a bike from Surfscooter Bike Rental. They had the bike waiting for me at the condo when I arrived and also offered a discount for your guests! The villa clean and the area was quiet. We had very nice and helpful neighbors too. Sadly my daughter was stung by a stingray and had to have stitches Wednesday evening. There were 2 very helpful neighbors. I would really like to thank the young man who carried our chairs to the villa and the lady who told where to go to get treatment for my daughter.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very comfortable, and the kitchen was quite equipped. It felt like a cared-for home. One thing to note is that the beach in front of the Pelican Watch properties is more bay or river-like in terms of waves and view than the beach in front of the beach club, or the north beach on the island.

Beautiful and clean seaside gem away from all the hustle and bustle of the surrounding Charleston areas. We enjoyed use of the amenities at the Island Clubhouse as well. There are quite a bit of stairs for those considering this property and I would just make sure that this is noted before booking.

Seabrook Island is a truly special place, and this unit in Pelican Watch allowed us to enjoy everything we love about the island: the beautiful beach where we saw dolphins almost every day, dozens of birds, and got our exercise walking along the water several times a day. We also love how easy it is to get around the island by bicycle. Fresh Fields is close, which is convenient.
1360 is well-appointed, with comfy chairs and a very nice bed.
Seabrook Exclusives is wonderful to work with! We extended our stay by a week (from 4 weeks to 5 weeks) and Betsy made the transition seamless for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and water view from the balcony and main living area that allowed for wildlife watching as well. There is a short walkway out to the beach from the back entrance and we made good use of it!
This unit is a corner condo so has good light and feels larger than it really is. We will ask for it again! Especially happy that it is a dog friendly rental.

This was an incredible place to spend a week unwinding from Riley life stresses. If you want to interact with others, you can. We preferred our solitude, and we enjoyed it. It is a pet friendly place with nice beaches and lots of places to walk or bike to. Charleston is about a 45 minute drive due to the navigation of the limited access roads... But the drive is worth it. You have the best of everything within a reasonable distance.

My wife and I have been retired for four years and have previously wintered in Florida, Southeast Asia, and Kauaii. For 2013, we chose Seabrook Island and we are pleased that we did. While not as warm as our other retreats, South Carolina's winter was very comfortable and far superior to January and February on Lake Erie. Our Pelican Watch Villa was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and perfect for a couple's extended stay. The Villa was well situated on the beach and the deck provided a perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Edisto Island. Seabrook's facilities were top notch, particularly the Lake Center, which included a state-of-the-art fitness center and indoor lap pool. The island itself is ideal for beach and nature walks, birding, golf, tennis, equestrian, and many other activities. Perhaps Seabrook's greatest advantage is its proximity to Charleston with its seemingly inexhaustible variety of cultural, historical, and entertainment activities and literally hundreds of excellent restaurants. We may just have to cease our annual wandering and return to Seabrook again next year. We were very pleased with the services of Seabrook Exclusives, particularly, their prompt and efficient handling of some minor glitches, such as inoperative wi-fi service. We highly recommend them

We arrived at Seabrook just hoping for a little rest after an extremely difficult year. Shortly after we arrived, the weather cleared and we were able to establish a pattern of exercise, reading, and eating great food.

We love Seabrook and this 1 br Pelican Watch rental was the perfect place to stay. Kudos to the owners who equipped the place with everything you could want from toiler paper to paper towels to dish/bath soap. I am usually frustrated buying items that are little used for the week's stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Decor was great. Linens nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place and would also return. PS Pet friendly for us is a plus even tho we didn't bring our dog. You wouldn't know the place was "pet" friendly.

The condominiums at Pelican Watch are perfect for a weekend getaway or a week-long vacation. We use them for both. If you like outdoor activities, it is just heaven. The beach is right outside the door. The pool is a short drive and best of all, in the

This was due to the amazing, AMAZING customer service that was brought to us by Kat at Seabrook Exclusives who truly came to our rescue when we were put in a bind by some other not-so-friendly owners of the condo we were staying in (not affiliated with Seabrook Exclusives). She helped us out on a Friday evening after-hours and was SO incredibly helpful, nice, and fun!! We know now where exactly to book our stay in Seabrook and won't look elsewhere!
