We really liked the access to the beach from our Condo. Seabrook Island is a great place to visit.

This was our 4th year returning to Pelican Watch Villas and we love it more each time! The location can't be beat - on the beach, dazzling sunsets, heaven for our dog to be able to run freely. We love 1372 Pelican Watch and are sorry it will not be available to rent next February, but we will be back to try out another unit.

The villa is just as described. This was our first time visiting Seabrook and this rental is in a great location. It has beautiful views and is close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion would be for the owners to purchase an umbrella for the outside patio table since you get the afternoon sun.

Pelican Watch is an adorable condo community located on the best island of the Carolinas! Great for a quiet get away yet there is plenty to do on the island. Easy commute to Charleston and other tourist attractions. Yhe condo was just the right size, clean, updated and easy access to the beach. We will be coming back!

Comfortable villa with an expansive view. Not a “cook’s” kitchen, but adequate for meal preparation. Vaulted ceiling and extra windows in living room create a feeling of greater space.

We've been coming to Seabrook Island since 1993 and will continue to do so as long as we are able. It is peaceful, stunningly beautiful and convenient to Charleston. If a person is looking to get away from the crowds and have some nice R & R, this is it.

This is our first experience with Seabrook Exclusives and it couldn't have been better. We have always wanted to bring our dog and decided this was the year to do it. Our unit (1372 Pelican Watch) was more than we even hoped for. It is so clean and beautifully decorated. The amenities were great and the kitchen had everything you need and more. The views from the deck were picture perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

We love Seabrook and particularly like staying at Pelican Watch. 1372 has a fabulous view. We watched a storm over the Atlantic for nearly an hour one evening. Always like the easy beach access and well appointed villas. 1372 is nicely furnished and well equipped. Being Pet Friendly is a bonus for our Jack Russel mix.

Views from the windows and balcony were so beautiful, especially the sunsets. The unit was very clean upon arrival. It was well stocked with kitchen dishes and anything that we needed to cook. We liked the layout of the unit, including the 2 bathrooms for the 2 of us -- how nice. It was wonderful to be able to include the dog in our vacation.

Southern hospitality with the sea at your doorstop. This describes the villa at Pelican Watch. The sea greets you in the morning while you watch the deer feed outside the window. Well worth the trip! Difficult to return to reality.

Location-location-location!!!! We couldn't have been happier. The home afforded us an incredible view of the water and dunes. The deck was wonderful. Appreciated all the windows and open living space. Can't wait to return. Some problems with internet service, which I'm sure can be easily resolved.

The Pelican Watch Villas are great for being so close to the beach and having very little traffic, especially in October. This unit is very nice with great view. The kitchen could be a bit better supplied with dishes and cooking supplies, but I cooked nearly every meal and that wouldn't be a problem for those that mainly eat out.

Seabrook is a great experience everytime we come. The beach is fun to go from end to end, and the dolphins are usually present, which are always great to see. The Pelican Watch villas are a nice place to relax and where you can see some great sunsets. I know we'll be back!

kat was extremely helpful and helped us out tremendously when our pet paris "escaped" the night before we were to leave and we had to extend our stay to find her. thanks again to one and all. we did find her (finally!) thanks to a lovely couple who spotted her and called us. otherwise, we never would have figured out where she had ventured to. love the pool, the beach, the grill at the clubhouse and our condo was great.

The entire villa was renovated in April 2012!!! All new flooring, kitchen and baths. It is a delightful choice now.
