Our stay was very good. The 6 of us enjoyed the accommodations and we had a great time visiting the area. We will return.

The house has a beautiful view, it was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The only issue is all the mattresses need to be replaced. They are very worn and extremely soft making sleeping on them unpleasant. Other than that I would recommend this property

Seamless 5-night experience on beautiful Seabrook Island, SC. Pretty views, friendly people, pristine beaches (ok, small to no waves took a bit of getting used to) all accessed from a nice, clean, updated three bedroom, beachfront unit. Happily recommend.

Two-story layout gave everyone room to spread out. Great kitchen and views. Beach is on river, but still beautiful and feels like ocean -- dolphins, birds, etc. Easy to explore Charleston in off-season. Not sure I would want to make drive in heavy traffic of high season.

This villa is very modern for these villas! And, our family of 5 including 3 adult children was perfect! Loved the split level with master being upstairs and guest rooms downstairs. Special treat was the laundry room having full sized washer and dryer. Would have loved being able to use the dummy elevator to help bring have cases of drinks upstairs, although we kept most drinks downstairs and used the little refrigerator. Would definitely recommend this villa!!! Lovely place.

This is a great unit as it has both the top deck and lower decks so the views of the ocean were Amazing. Our family really enjoyed this unit as we had plenty of room and everything is beautiful and updated. We would highly recommend this unit.

Seabrook is our absolute happy place, providing our family over twenty years of great vacation experiences! This was our first stay in 1373/74 Pelican Watch and the villa was an ideal place. Nicely updated, offering both comfort and location. The kitchen was well equipped and the space provided both family room and get a way spaces. It was wonderful and we will return!

This was our second time staying in Seabrook Island and renting through Seabrook Exclusives. We found them to be very professional and helpful. We were there the first week of June and had a terrific vacation again. The house was beautiful, well-appointed and very well cared for. There are beautiful ocean views from both levels and the layout worked well for our family traveling with 3 teenagers. They had some privacy downstairs and we had some quiet upstairs. The house is walking distance to the pool and club house. We travelled with another couple who rented a single unit next door. They are a little older than we are and they preferred to drive down to the pool and Pelican's Nest where we enjoyed several relaxing meals. Fresh Fields is also very convenient for shopping and casual dining. Bohicket Marina offered more choices for dining, shopping and boating excursions. Seabrook is a very special place and wonderful family destination. It is very peaceful and relaxing. We can't wait to go back again!

This place was great! The view is full of beautiful scenes. Pelicans diving in the water, deer in the front yard morning and night and some of the most fantastic sunsets I have seen from a front porch or beach!

This Vacation home in Seabrook Island, SC is the perfect place for everyone. Our family ranged in age from 3-66, and everyone had a wonderful time. The unit itself is very large and immaculately maintained. There are two floors which provide plenty of living space, and the sleeping accommodations are very comfortable. The two balconies offer amazing views of the incredible South Carolina Sunset on the water, as well as the clear star filled skies at night. The unit is steps away from the boardwalk to the private beach, which to our great fortune housed many Loggerhead Turtle nests this summer. My children and I were even treated to the sight of the baby hatchlings making their trek to the sea. The beaches are uncrowded, and seem to stretch for miles. The community itself is very quiet. You won't regret booking a vacation at 1373/74 Pelican Watch Vila.

We were very pleased with the villa, its location and everything that Seabrook Island had to offer! As noted, this was our first visit to the SC area, having made many prior vacation home rentals on Caribbean islands in over the years - our expectations were not high. In short, we cannot wait to return! We are already planning our next visit to Seabrook, but with more family members along to enjoy the richness which the Low Country has to offer. The Pelican Watch Villa unit was very nice, spacious and most of all, CLEAN. We greatly enjoyed sunset viewing from both outdoor deck levels, the easy access to the beach for walking, the amenities of the island (restaurant/bar/pool in easy walking distance), and greatly appreciated the super support of the Seabrook Exclusives team. In conclusion, it should be stated how much of a family friendly vacation spot both Seabrook Island and the Charleston area are. Just wonderful!
