Stunning view. Beautiful condo. We loved walking right out to the beach any time of day. Setting up a full beach day directly from our condo was very easy. And we could take a five-minute bike ride to the pool and Pelican's Nest.

Amazing view! Beautiful and very clean with everything you need, including beach chairs and beach umbrella. Very short walk to a quiet private beach. Large and comfortable living space for our family of five. Sunsets are amazing!!! Gotta go over to Beach Access #2 for the sunrise, which is only an 8 minute drive away. Love love love!

This was the third year we have rented the 1394-1396 unit. We love it everything about it. It's worth the 10+ hour drive for us from Virginia. It is my happy place.

The villa was lovely. Bright and light with wonderful views. We loved the decks with retractable awnings. The interior is decorated beautifully - even prettier than the pictures. Everything we needed was there. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful location and exceptional property. Surf fishing was great. The property was well cared for and clean. We would definitely return. Our only problem was finding dinner dining at the Club. Those rooms are reserved for property owners several nights which coincided with our time to go out. We drove to restaurants away from Seabrook, Fresh Fields, and the Marina and had a wonderful dinner.

There is a reason that this rental averages five stars. It is exceptionally clean, incredibly spacious, well-appointed, and close to the beach. Furnishings are very nice and comfortable. There are two separate decks to use- one off the kitchen and the other off of the living room. The sitting room was a nice addition, as it allowed for the younger kids to game in their own space. Gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen- washer/dryer just off to the side of the kitchen. Management and owners were very friendly and helpful. We had three nights of great sunsets--- and have every intention of coming back again.

This rental was perfect for our family with young kids. We could easily walk straight out to the beach. The view was incredible. Everything in the home was immaculate and renter-friendly. We have stayed in many rentals and this was the nicest! We enjoyed the pool at the beach club too one day too. All around excellent stay and we’ll be back!

We love Seabrook, and the "private" feel at Pelican Watch Outstanding views...The unit we stayed in is well decorated, well equipped kitchen, and spacious. The only down side was that we had to leave !!! Cant wait until our next visit

This unit provides a home away from home to enjoy your vacation. It comfortably accomodates two (2) couples or a family with the added sleeper sofa. The furnishings are beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with amenities. This unit is the best we have found at Pelican's Watch and we will definitely return!

Pelican Watch 1394/96 Condo is a well appointed, spacious end unit with an awesome waterfront view of the Edison waterway, Edison Island and Pelican Island. The beach area is nice for walking which eventually turns into the Atlantic Ocean. The unit is well equipped, especially the kitchen with every gadget one could ask for. This is our second time booking this unit and we will definitely be coming back to this unit again. Local restaurants we visited included McCanns Irish Pub, The Fat Hen and Kiawah Ocean Course Atlantic Room (all excellent choices).

The unit is beyond perfect. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom plus a pull out couch in a den which you could convert to a third bedroom if you needed to. The unit has everything you need and is just a short walk down the beach to the club house. Bed was amazingly comfortable. The sunset is more from the beach and not the unit but that could have been because we were there in May when the sun setting was behind the next building. I would definitely go back in a nano second.

The rental property was beautiful with upscale furnishings, vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors and granite counters. I could easily live there. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The view and location was amazing. This is our favorite unit we have rented. Needed nothing.

This is a spacious, modern property featuring 2 upstairs units that have been combined. Beautiful furniture, clean and well-kept. Go down the stairs off the 2 back decks and you're on the boardwalk to the beach. Rental agency was easy to work with and really cared about our visit. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a lovely, quiet, beachfront property.

Visited for one week in late April/early May 2018 with three friends. We have stayed at Pelican Watch several times before, and this was the BEST place yet. We loved the awning for sitting on the deck in the evenings, and the separate TV room was so charming!! The kitchen was perfection with plenty of cookware and dishes. We were thrilled!

This condo could not have been better in any way. It was spotless, well equipped with all the basic kitchen and bath supplies to start the stay and after 11 days we could have happily stayed another two weeks!

This is a wonderful spot to view the waves on Seabrook! The location is perfect on the island. The sunsets outside on the deck are priceless. Fishing, dolphin watching, crabbing, shelling, and swimming are abundant on this beach! The club facilities are wonderful, with a choice of pools. Pelican's Nest restaurant is a must-do for visitors to the island! What a wonderful place to spend a week of relaxation!

The unit rented in Pelican Watch was ideal! The two bedroom layout, with a separate den was perfect as were the views from the two decks. Also, we have worked with Seabrook Exclusives several times now and I would highly recommend them. Very professional, courteous, and highly accommodating.
