Our family enjoyed the house and you couldn't ask for a better location. Convenient to the beach, golf and to the pool house. The property was very clean and was a great layout for family activities. We worked around some very minor maintenance issues during our stay, and we give high marks to the property management team.

Our family was so pleased to stay in the rental home at 3648 Cobia Court. It exceeded our expectations - better than our home away from home. It had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and one toddler, was well laid out and clean. Everything was well taken care of, and this house did not give the appearance at all that it was a rental. The kitchen was amazing, with every implement you could wish for, even a cabinet full of Le Creuset cookware. We so appreciated how well placed it was on Beach Access #4, an easy walk for our group to come and go to the beach on our own timelines. This house is a gem!

We have been coming to Seabrook Island for over 20 years. We chose it this year specifically because we knew it would be perfect for socially distancing on the big, beautiful beach! First time at this specific property and we loved it!

We loved 3648 Cobia Court and had a wonderful stay on Seabrook Island. The house was spacious and immaculate. Perfect floor plan for our family (two teenagers and two tweens)as the kids stayed on the first level and my husband and I had the upstairs master bedroom.
The kitchen truly had everything needed to prepare any type of meal. The screened porch just off of the kitchen was a great place to have coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon!
Location was amazing- just steps away from the beach. We look forward to returning to this house again!

Five adults and four children had our second yearly vacation at 3648 Cobia Court. All had bikes to ride to the beach, pools and Pelican's nest daily. The most accommading big dining table also served as a place for crafts and board games. The eclipse added to a most enjoyable time for our three generation family. The kitchen in the house had everything imaginable for cooking and eating.

We are all mostly-retired 60 somethings who have traveled together for years. We loved the house, the short walk to the beach, the pool, and the location. We had warm and wonderful times on Cobia Court. The home was well equipped with kitchen utensils so we could enjoy meals if we chose to prepare lunches and breakfasts. Four separate bedrooms with bathrooms attached was a nice feature. A few more comfortable seating arrangements in the living space would have been appreciated. Both of the porches were great.

Really a great house to relax and cook big family meals. Steps from the beach. We did a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and loved it. Would rent here again.

Excellent house in great condition after recent updates. More than you need in a beach house, but has all you want. Ample space for our three families and four children. Short walk down the boardwalk to the beautiful beaches of Seabrook and the pool (who needs it.)

This was our second stay on Seabrook Island. The house on Cobia Court definitely enhanced our level of enjoyment this year. The location to the beach and amenities was ideal for a large family. We were all adults with no children. The walk to the beach was 2 minutes tops. However, the sand dune at the end of the walk that had to be climbed to reach the beach would be nearly impossible for the elderly, physically limited or those with children and all the equipment that goes along with children.
The house was beautiful and well appointed. We would stay here again!!!

This is the second time that our family has stayed in this house. We loved it the first time, and it’s even better this time around. The washer and dryer has been upgraded, a mud room area with cubbies has been added (which is great for hanging towels, wet swimsuits, etc.), and there’s a large foyer to take off shoes and leave all things sandy.

We absolutely love the screened in porch and spend lots of time out there. We’re so glad that several can easily cook together without bumping into each other. There’re plenty of bathrooms and closets so the whole family can easily spread out.

The location is great for us. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the boardwalk, and the kids love looking for animals and bugs on the walk. The pool/Pelican’s Nest is a 3-minute drive.

We actually had a couple of issues while we were there (I think we were the first family to stay there after the renovations), and the rental management company was very professional, considerate, and resolved the issues quite quickly.

I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful time. It's always a little bit of a question - new location, different house - but we were thrilled. My husband and our two little boys had a fabulous time in the downstairs area with three bedrooms. The kitchen was huge and was well stocked (which is an understatement). I think our favorite room of the house was the screened-in porch. Even my picky mother-in-law was impressed. Will definitely be going back!

We have rented this house for 4 consecutive years. It was updated 2 years ago and is beautiful. The kitchen is fabulous. The location is nice, a short boardwalk walk from the beach. Our grandchildren love the screened in porch and outdoor decks.

I live at the beach in NJ and am VERY picky about beach vacations. The house at 3648 Cobia Court was a perfect place for my family to meet. It was large enough for us all and very comfortable. It had the most well appointed kitchen of any vacation rental I have ever been in. Seabrook Island is a great place for families with children of all ages... every time we turned around there was something wonderful for my grandchildren to see and do. It is convenient to Charleston Airport, which is a very easy airport to negotiate, and a short drive into the city. This trip we opted not to even leave Seabrook Island since we were only there for a 4 nights. People were friendly and the entire experience was great. It was not our first trip to Seabrook Island and it certainly won't be our last!

This was out 3rd trip to Seabrook this summer and this property was the best by far. The location is perfect and the house is very well decorated and the kitchen has everything you could ask for (and more). I would highly recommend this property.
