We loved our stay here. We had plenty of room and it was so easy to come and go from the beach and beach club. We especially enjoyed the back deck.

Clean, small kitchen, shared bathrooms for bedrooms, easy beach access. One air conditioner unit stopped working mid week but was kindly repaired that evening by Brent from High Tide Heating & AC with kind afterhours assistance from Seabrook Exclusives.

House was in great condition and Seabrook Exclusives were above and beyond in providing answers to our questions and help when needed. the house is an easy boardwalk walk to the beach and perfect for a family. the kitchen is quaint, but well equipped. Love the porch!!!

What a great getaway after a year of lockdowns and hybrid schooling! This house was a great retreat from all of the hassles of the past year: clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, convenient beach access, bike to the pool, fun for the kids. We felt like everything was back to normal. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy walk to the beach, convenient location and very clean house. Make sure to bring your bikes, an easy 2.5 mile bike ride on the beach, yes on the beach and you will see dolphins everyday 2 hours before low tide.

The house is well decorated, welcoming, very clean and well equipped. This is the second Thanksgiving we have spent here and the kitchen had everything we needed to put together a full Thanksgiving dinner.
The boardwalk to the beach runs down the side of the house and it takes a two minute walk to be on the sand. Located on a quiet cut-de-sac, the house is perfect for kids and there were even beach toys and chairs to borrow.
Game/TV loft was a great place for the kids to hang out. The atrium style living area feels spacious and bright. Overall, its a joy to stay here.

This was a perfect getaway for my family this year. The house was immaculately clean and a super short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed and the island is beautiful. Biking, horseback riding, great restaurants, alligator sightings, dolphins and more. We can't wait to go back and would most definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was well appointed with plenty of space for our party of five. Communication with the property manager was friendly and responsive resulting in a smooth booking process and an easy check-in/check-out process.

We so appreciate being able to share this beautiful home with our family. The location is so convenient to the beach, right on the boardwalk to the beach. This allowed a lot of freedom for our family, because we could all come and go to the beach on our all schedules and use the outdoor shower when we returned to the house. The house is provided with lots of little touches that made us feel so at home. In these uncertain times, this was a wonderful break from the pandemic with empty, private beaches where it was very easy to social distance.

The property is ideal for a family vacation. Its a short walk to the beach (which is beautiful) with the boardwalk passing directly behind the house. There were plastic buckets and shovels for the kids to use. House is really well equipped and we had all utensils, pots and pans to make a full turkey dinner for our Thanksgiving. Kitchen area is small but very usable and an adjoining counter was ideal for feeding lunches and snack to the kids. It was in immaculate shape and very clean. Decor is clean and modern. Had a great few days.

We had a wonderful family vacation during the Memorial Day week. The home has been tastefully renovated and decorated. The layout of the home worked nicely for 4 adults and 5 small children. The kids all loved having the upstairs loft to play games and foosball. We appreciated being right on a boardwalk so we could easily get to and from the beach. The location was also an easy bike ride to the Sea Island Club to enjoy the pool and restaurant. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy time together within this home.

We had an amazing stay at 3637 Pompano on Seabrook Island! The house was beautiful and well appointed, and there was plenty of room for our family to stretch out. We spent countless hours on the spacious deck where we ate most of our meals. The house is extremely close to the beach, and we could even hear the waves in the evening. It is also conveniently located in relation to the Beach Club, so trips to the pool were a breeze. I would highly recommend this property for families vising Seabrook. My daughters are already clamoring for a return trip!
