Our favorite part of our trip to Seabrook was the location of our rental property at 2904 Atrium. We left the car in the parking lot and walked across the street to the beach. This allowed us to go indoors as needed, which we didn't do. Once we were on the sand, we stayed out all day. But knowing that convenience was available helped ease the mind when thunder storms threatened.

Beautiful villa with great location near pool. This rental is gorgeous with many extra features like technology chargers, built in lighted make up mirrors, etc. Shared living spaces (den/kitchen) are a little small. If you spend all your time on the beach or the pool it isn’t a problem.

We LOVE staying in the Atrium Villas, the proximity can't be beat to the pool and also the beach. We were so impressed with the modern amenities in this rental along with the quality furnishings! The custom sleep King bed, the teak outdoor table and loungers, and the completely stocked kitchen. Showers were divine and the view of the golf course out all the windows was spectacular. The living area and kitchen are tiny, but we don't spend the day indoors anyways, or enjoy the porch to spread out. Perfect for just one family with kids.

The condo is beautifully and efficiently updated. Beds are extremely comfortable. Great location! Golf views off patio are beautiful they do however groom them a lot so it’s not always quiet. A fan on the patio would be needed when it gets warmer.

We have been to Seabrook on many occasions and it is our favorite places to visit. Many family memories. Seabrook Island is the first time my grandson saw the ocean. He calls the ocean "the big water" our Villa was beautiful and comfy. We will always return to Seabrook for our family getaways.

We've stayed in many Atrium Villas and this is definitely the nicest one we've seen! Everything is top notch, from the appliances to the comfortable beds. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need during your stay and the fridge has plenty of room. Each room includes a Roku TV with cable, so there are plenty of things to watch on a rainy day! All appliances, including the Washer and Dryer, were brand new and worked great. The showers in the bathrooms were also wonderful. Tons of space outside with a great view of the golf course. Definitely a 5 star villa and the group at Seabrook Exclusives is fantastic to work with as always! Kat was super responsive and everything was communicated to us perfectly before we needed it. We couldn't have been happier!

We enjoyed 4 relaxing days at the Atrium Villas on Seabrook Island. The villa was nicely decorated and comfortable with a nice view of the golf course and just across the street from the beautiful beach. We had a great time!

The Atrium location was perfect for us, being right across from the Beach Club and those amenities. This was our first time in this unit. It was immaculately clean and had a great view of the golf course. The furniture and beds were great quality and comfortable. Some of the fixtures were a little dated, but it didn't take away from the comfort or experience.

Beautiful condo that met every need. Have been staying in another rental for the past 15 years which was sold this past year. Was hesitant as we felt our previous place as home away from home. 2904 Atrium is simply wonderful!

Property had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was across the street from the beach, pool, and pool club. Groceries and a few nice shops were a few minutes away by car. The island is very peaceful and beautiful. Our condo was clean and well maintained.

We had stayed at Pelican Watch Villa's two years in a row, about seven years ago. They are right on the Edisto River and very close to Atrium Villa's. I loved the views and being able to sit out on the patio and watch the dolphins, boats, dogs and people walking the beach from the Pelican Watch decks. The Atrium Villa did not provide these views. Our view was the golf course, we could not see the Edisto River or the Atlantic. The view from this villa had it's own beauty, the palm trees and the golf course ponds attracted many blue herring and other birds. There were no alligator sightings during January, they are hibernating. The interior of the villa suited our needs. It was very clean and had adequate kitchen supplies. As a single women, when coming home late, I did not like parking in the garage under the building. But, for my elderly parents, the elevator was a must. Most other properties have numerous stairs.
Seabrook as a location is beautiful. You see deer every dusk. They are roaming either close to the streets or crossing the roads. The island itself offers safe walking and cycling. My favorite walk is the beach, you have to time your walks to the tides. There has been a tremendous amount of beach erosion since my last visit. This is another plus for the Pelican Watch Villas, the beach was available for walking even at high tide.
It takes about 40 minutes to drive to Charleston. We went in a few times. My mother loves the oysters at Hymens and I love Poogans Porch on Queen street. We did the bus tour because of the cold temperatures while me were there. The Charleston Museum was well worth a visit. The Plantations are not worth visiting during this time of the year.
I had two massages at the Lake House, the massage therapist was wonderful. I highly recommend Wendy. Everyone was very pleasant, we definitely felt the southern hospitality from all on Seabrook, those in the surrounding area and Charleston!

This villa was perfect for our small family. Close to the pool and beach which made it easy for the children. The villa was very clean and well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. All around a great place! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We've visited Seabrook 7 or 8 times in the past 10 years, and have rented condos in several of the different developments. When it's just the 4 of us (Parents + 2 kids) we like the convience of the Atriums to the pool and beach area. It's nice being close enough to walk, and the covered parking for the car keeps it from baking in the sun all week. We've rented an Atrium unit before, but this was our first time booking through Pam H.

The unit was clean, in great shape, and well-stocked with towels, utensils, and cleaning supplies (broom, vac, etc.). The cable tv with on-demand was a welcome feature, and we had no problems at all with the wi-fi hookup. This unit has nice views of the 9th and 18th greens of the Ocean Winds course from the deck, which is accessible from every room in the condo. It's a short walk (100 yards?) to the golf clubhouse from this unit, so making an early tee-time was no problem at all.

The folks at Pam H. Exclusives were a pleasure to deal with. Everything went as expected, with no surprises (i.e. key arrived by mail well in advance, another key and info packet was waiting for us at the condo, condo was clean and ready for our check-in at 4:00, the guard at the entrance was expecting us, etc.).

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay (as we've come to expect). I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again, and to rent through Pam H. Excl. again.

We have been vacationing in South Carolina for the last 20 years. Our recent vacation on Seabrook Island ranks amongst the best! Everything thing was perfect from the reservation process to the departure. The unit was spotless and well appointed. The resort was beautiful and very relaxing. We will be back in the fall.

We had a wonderful time. Kat was easy to deal with and was so flexible. We rented the unit at the last minute and nothing was a problem with her... when we went to the Real Estate Office to sign the final papers I felt like I was meeting an old friend who was genuinely concerned about us having a good time. The unit was immaculate and felt good. We all loved the fact that there were 4 queen beds in two bedrooms. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach itself was beautiful. My only regret is that I live so far away. Thank you all so much!

The villa was very nice (comfortable beds, clean bathroom and kitchen, great views of the golf course and in the morning, lots of alligators), and was in a fantastic location (steps away from the beach club and the island house). The management company
was very easy to work with, even allowing us to extend our vacation a day due to delayed flights (thanks to Hurricane Irene for allowing us to enjoy our vacation a little longer!) at a reasonable rate. Would not hesitate to rent again on our next visit.
